Claremont Meadows Medical Centre

Always a good experience at Claremont meadows medical center. I have seen 3 different drs there & all have been really friendly & make my 5 year old who is petrified of the dr feel comfortable

The doctors there are amazing and i woule give them 5 stars but I don’t know what is up with the receptionists there because everytime I call up I’m placed on hold to the point where I give up and just hang up. I am on the phone currently and it has been ringing for the past 20 minutes and no one has picked up. It’s a major inconvenience for people who work and are unable to go in person and enquire.

Made an appointment and was seen by the doctor of my choice very close to the designated time. The doctor was very professional, and I am sure she was right in her diagnosis. The premises is very clean and smoothly run.

Such a lovely caring man. Listened to our problems and will be seeing my grand daughter again to help her with her problems. Highly recommend him.

I regularly see Dr Cherry here who is very pleasant and thorough. I have been very pleased with the care provided by her at this practice. It is convenient for my family to visit as it is close to home and they allow walk ins for emergency visits. Pathology here is lovely as well. Have been underwhelmed by the care provided by other practitioners here, can be rushed or not taken seriously. Temperature at the practice is overwhelmingly warm too, not sure how staff can stand to be in there all the time.

I have been going here for 8 years now and have always been pleased by the service. The staff are very accommodating and appointments are easy to make. I have recently moved 30 minutes away and still drive back here for appointments.

My son went there with the flu, he had done a rat test, that was negative. He has lung issues due to having pneumonia once and also asthma, she refused to see him, wouldn't even listen to his chest! I have had dealings with other Drs around there and they were good, avoid HER I find her lack of duty of care worrying!
Shame on you!

Receptionist is racist giving false information about waiting time, calling doctors and putting patients infront whom she knows.

This service has tight budget, doesn't have budget for mask. I drop my mask and Sunday admin said they cant give one mask and told me may be try iga or bakery may they can give one. This medical centre can compromise patient care but not one mask.disappointment where health is business.

The service at Claremont Meadows Medical Centre is always professional, helpful and friendly. It is very easy to make an appointment either online or by phone. It is great to have a medical centre with an abundant amount of services in the local area from wonderful general practitioners through to pathology, dietician and podiatrist (plus more).

Convenient, friendly, reasonable schedule with little waiting time. Efficient, friendly doctors & clerical staff. Highly recommend!

Had an 11am appointment. Waited about 45 mins. Pointed out that there was a sign on the window saying new patients got a free flu vaccine. Told the receptionist and the GP this so I didn't have to pay for it. Which was nice. However had to wait 45 minutes for my appointment for just a flu shot. Practice was busy so it was understable.

Excellent dedicated team of Doctors Reception staff are very helpful also. A great Medical Clinic

Absolutely lovely staff and doctors! A family practice through and through. Really helpful to be able to do bloodtests etc on location.
