We had Anthony Novak help us with buying a brand new Raptor. He was so easy to deal with and really went above and beyond for us. It was refreshing to deal with someone who is down to earth and the total opposite of your stereotypical car salesman. Extremely happy with our purchase and Anthony’s excellent service!

Arron and Alex were fantastic with the purchase of my brand new car. Nothing was too much and did exactly as they said they would. Very happy with all aspects of the experience.

I purchased a second hand ute in 2022. After one year and about 14,000km I book it in for a service, which happened to be major. Half way through the day I receive a phone call informing me it was ready, and it has a list of repairs that need doing, including two drive belts. The man on the phone told me I should sit down before he read the list to me. Just for parts the quote was around $6500, with labour $8600. I thought it best to get the opinion of an independant mechanic. After having it for a few days he said only one of the repairs needed doing, he didn't replace the belts because he couldn't see anything wrong with them, all up it cost $700. It was a shocking experience and I do NOT recommend Clancy Motors.

This is the second new vehicle i've purchased from this dealership and both experiences were great. Arron & Luke were fantastic to deal with and made the whole process easy and couldn't be happier.

Poor service on vehicle and poor customer service skills because I am a female, but they were happy to talk to my partner and help in anyway possible. Dave was arrogant and disgustingly rude I thought managers were suppose to have skills in customer service this is clearly not the case at Clancys. Purchased my car from an out of town dealer (who go above and beyond with their treatment I.e car wash after servicing) due to a previous poor experience gave them benefit of the doubt for a service and they are still clearly well below expectations of a dealership/service company!

No problems here best service I've had ever I will continue to get services here and buy my next car.

Edit: Well years past since my last review and I can still say without a doubt they are amazing. We bought a second hand car a few months back and it had a small problem they couldn't have known about it was not their fault and could be easily missed but they fixed it under warranty no issues no discrepancies what so ever. I will continue to service my car with them and I will continue to buy cars from them in the future. What a wonderful great and fair team. Coffee and television inside, friendly staff, and a shuttle bus in and out of town. Fantastic highly recommend

Service was good, promises were empty. Servicing of the car prior pick up was not attended. Will not return to purchase another vehicle

Went their 3 months ago to look at their used car as they were advertising a triton on their website with no pictures. I showed up and asked a question to some fella called Chris I believe about it. He told me their was one out in the used car section and so on. I went on to used cars and another sales worker came and asked what I was looking at and for. I told him that old matey from new cars told me the triton was over in this used car section. This bloke from used cars said it was a stitch up and they don’t have one in stock. He continued to laugh as saying it. Pretty immature honestly. Grown man playing around with customers who just looking for a car. Wouldn’t recommend. Plus he took my details and said he will give me a call if a used triton comes in anytime soon. Never got a call back, I’ve seen about 10 come through the past 2 months on their website. Poor service, don’t recommend going their. Toyota Bathurst and Bathurst Automotives the best option in Bathurst!

Bought a car in January 2021. Had a water leak after 5 weeks. It was towed back to Clancys. When the car was purchased, we were told by the Salesman, if anything happened, phone him and he would help. Well, we phoned him and he did not return the call. Still waiting! Clancys then sent the car to another dealer as it is under warranty. Clancy has never inquired to see how the car has fared, or how we have. I would NOT RECOMMEND. They take the money and wipe their hands of you. The car was obviously not checked before being sold. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE. YOU WILL GET NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY.

Great service.

In the past I have got parts for my Toyota from the local dealer and they say 6-8 weeks is a standard delivery time to get any parts.

I was surprised when I ordered parts for my partners Ford from Clancys that it only took a couple of days for them to get the parts in.

I have recently purchased a new car from this dealership and I must say it's been a fantastic experience.
Everything that was promised to me was delivered and the whole experience was amazing.

Had a look at a Ute on Thursday, test drove on Saturday. Alex was a pleasure to deal with. He would of had the sale if his 2 comrades hadn't of decided to step in. Had preaapproved finance for the vehicle I was interested in. They didn't even bother looking to see if they could get one. As someone who has worked in sales and spare parts and management i don't appreciate being lectured too about how car sales work. I have already bought a vehicle here and had many issues, it's just ingrained to me if your female you will get treated like trash here.

Just a big shout out to the staff at Clancy motors at Kelso. Just picked up our second D Max Isuzu. Super happy with the professional service that we received by Ben and staff and over the moon with our car. The balloons, cover over the car with our names on it made it just that much more special. We have had a few friends complement the car and surprise at how comfortable it is and how much room it has back and front. Thanks again Clancy motors.

On a trip from Melbourne, an engine warning light came on and the car went into limp-home mode. I decided to pull in at Clancy Ford see if anything serious was wrong. The service crew looked at the car, road tested it, cleared the warning light and explained the problem. They gave me peace of mind that there was nothing wrong that couldn't wait until the next service and I was on my way again. I was expecting it to be a problem, but instead, got great service and support.
