16We were walk-ins for my son's opg. Staff are friendly and efficient. We were in and out very quickly.
The kind lady at reception is a goddess. It’s so rare to have people be so kind and warm and friendly in a medical setting. Normally it’s awful robots who treat people terribly. The lady with the shortish hair and the pink mask is my hero. Thank you
I made a booking for ultrasound scan last Friday.
And I received a text message for confirming my booking yesterday.
Actually, I took a holiday for this and went to here
But when I arrived here, the staff said "You changed your schedule today morning! "
But I haven't changed my booking and I haven't contacted here since I called to make booking last Friday.
My booking schedule was changed due to a staff mistake.
But they didn't apologize to me. Nobody said sorry.
I showed them texts I received from here.
One staff doubted that I had changed my schedule on my own until finish conversation! I think it was so rude!
This is obviously their mistake but the staff doubted me until I left there!
It was really unpleasant and I felt bad.
This issue occured due to staff, but why do I have to spend my time and money and go other centre and other day to get tested?
I said about it before I leave there.
I wasted my money and my time because of your staff's mistake
This issue is your fault, but no one apologised to me.
When I said this, other staff apologised.
I really got the worst experience since I came to Australia.
I don't think I can forget the staff who doubted me until leaving there.

The old lady reception is very rude. Only said I am not pregnant when I want to ask the more information. This is my first time so I have no idea about things like this.
Luckily the staff who help me to do dating scan help us a lot.
I’m not someone who writes much reviews but I was wondering why this amazing center got negative reviews from people. Visited the center for two different ultrasounds today and staff Irine (not sure if I am spelling it right) did an amazing service and made us really comfortable. We were few mins late, but the lady at reception accommodated well though it caused trouble to her. Only difficulty is about finding the center but just ask the reception over phone, with the right information, it’s very easy to spot. (Just enter through HSBC, yes through HSBC door and it will lead to the lift). Also if it’s urgent, mention it to them and they will do the report quickly. Not sure if that’s a standard but this was very helpful for our situation
Sprained my ankle and it twisted backwards, Called 3 times to confirm x-ray appointment, receptionist just said to come by anytime. Upon reaching, receptionist Nancy, the old grandma, told me to go to the doctor's for a referral before i could book an appointment. I told her I wasn't notified during my 3 previous calls, she told me it was common sense.
Her rude service and sarcasm was highly unncessary. Horrible experience.
The service I received was professional and efficient. The receptionist was very helpful even after I forgot my referral form. It is abit tricky to find - you have to walk into the middle of HSBC branch and take the lift up from there to the 2nd floor.
Been here many times for CT scan and ultrasounds and every time I received good service. The receptionist is polite and people doing the tests helpful
Very professional and courteous. Didn’t have to wait long and the receptionist was very caring. Got my images after a 5 minute wait.
Did a dental xray, image quality is very bad compared with a previous one I did elsewhere. Provided contact details as requested below. CEO came back saying: "The difference is as a result of the positioning/focal point of the scan.

Was called and confirmed an appointment saying they bulk bill. Travelled for 45mins, Arrived and was told that was a ‘mistake’. Go somewhere else
I’m not sure about the bad reviews but I had a great experience. The front desk was nice and so was the lady who took my X-ray she was lovely. Great place, and close by too. You just need to go through HSBC and go to the elevators to level 2
Not the easiest place to find: signage is non-existent. Enter the HSBC Bank lobby, the lift is on your immediate right. It will take you to level 2 and you exit directly into the reception area of City X-RAY.
People rated it low for good reason. The receptionist booked the wrong test. They booked for a test I don’t even know the term for it. What a waste of time.
I asked to come in for a simple xray, the lady on the phone asked me a few questions in regards to which part of the body the xray was for. I was advised I didn't need to make an appointment so I walked in. I filled out the form, gave her my medicare card and sat down for a few minutes. The lady at the front desk then decides to tell me that I have to pay for the xray because the company is a private practice. I understand some radiology companies don't bulk bill but it would be right to inform the patient before they have travelled all the way.
