City Tattersalls Club reviews
47 As always great atmosphere and good prices for the specials
Social distancing was in practice plus friendly staff to help you if needed
We arrived later in the night, not many people there, very affordable food and beverage prices, quiet, casual relaxed atmosphere, would happily return again.
Since renovation now a Bistro and no Waiters. We are seniors and like to be waited on on our luncheon out. Also food not as good more Ike Pub food.
Just reopened as so many venues have. Still great and can only get better as the world approaches normal
Have the best smoking area. Lot's furniture and also heater in Winter. Cheap happy hour drinks. Highly recommended if you're a smoker.
I'd say being able to feed 300 kids and having extra for seconds while maintaining quality is quite the accomplishment.
Tatts is back to its winning best. The historic central Sydney club was originally home to the horse-racing community. Now it has a much wider audience and a tasteful refurb makes it a magnet for well-heeled city types. Retains its 1920's charm and the prices are great for the area
Membership is a little on the pricey side for a local club, but they have a proud history and I have to say it's a worthwhile investment for me. The cub patrons can enjoy multiple bars (including the newly renovated lower bar) a few different dining options, a big pokie room, TAB, gym (for an additional fee), and they also have some discounts for their ski lodge and I think there is a hair dresser and barber. It seems like the management are making a serious effort to put some good events on for the members which is nice. If you are in town a lot it's worth joining up.otherwise just sign in as a guest and have a look around. Hopefully I will cya there!
This is my favourite place to go apart my house I can find everything that I need in this place, gym, restaurants, bars, library etc.in a sofisticate admosphere, the flavors are amazing and their people are very friendly.
This club had separate men's and women's gym. I haven't seen the ladies', but the blokes' gym had friendly helpful staff, lap pool, stream room, spa and a clientele of unpretentious guys looking after their health, instead of body builders going to the gym to be seen like some other gyms.
City tatts, a good place to be a member. Close to trains, close to mid city. Decent price for beer.
A very good venue for just about everything. Old school values that fits into the modern social landscape. Outstanding and helpful staff. Highly recommended
This place is an institution and has bee a favourite of mine for many years. Drinks and food have reasonable prices and service is always impeccable. Do recommend this place for a casual lunch or romantic dinner or just relaxing drinks with work colleagues. Looking forward to returning very soon.
Excellent, upmarket club from fine dining to bistro and a variety of bar styles. Coupled with a building of great character.
Crazy warren of a place but zest upstairs is great for cheap drinks, the restaurant is good and the lower bar is a trip down memory lane (with awesome cocktails)
I’ve only been at the women’s gym, definitely received excellent customer service regarding answering my questions and is everything I wanted to experience
Such an odd place. From the light horse in the foyer to the rude and slow bar staff and you turn a corner and find yourself in the.midst of a salsa dance class.
Good stop off or meeting point. Just.odd.
Always friendly and the ground bar is a great place to break from the hectic base of the city. Try the Resch's
For a city club, it's about what I expect. But their coffee-service is somewhere between apalling and lamentable. The decor is really attractive in a 19th century sort of way, and the armchairs are very comfortable.
