Don't do it! DODGY. Save yourself time and money. Paid a deposit to book in the job but never recieved an invoice/confirmation, then on delivery of the item they claimed I never paid a deposit and overcharged me and said their accounts department would sort it out.
No communication throughout the entire process between booking the job and delivery, kept being palmed off to other "departments", different emails etc. Still never recieved any replies or updates. I have been trying for weeks to get my refund for overpaying but of course, no replies. Absolute nightmare.

Thieves who stole our iPad. We used the find my iPad app, and it was located near their “headquarters”. They stole watches as well and we haven’t checked everything yet. They were not gentle with boxes and broke valuables. We will report them to the police. Please contact me if you had the same experience

Terrible company, over charge you an take it from your account before the job is finished, wont supply a invoice of the charges or why it cost so much, the driver an off side dont listen when told to leave the stuff on the ground an leave, just ignored me an kept putting inside to drag out the time, do not use this company at all, go elsewhere

Unreliable, made up excuses and lies about why they missed the pick up 3 times. Ignored all phone calls. Messed me and the company around. Do not book.

I would give 0 stars if I could.
They damaged nearly all of my furniture, lost boxes and entire pieces of furniture and blamed others for “stealing” my things.
Communication was horrendous, I had to call to find out they lost my items.
The removalists themselves tried to deliver items at 1am and seemed to think it was appropriate, they also didn’t take note of boxes CLEARLY labelled fragile.
They also gave other customer details including name, address and phone number, completely breaching privacy laws.
Worst moving experience of my life!

Scam company. Quoted me for storage and tried to make me pay $6000 more than quoted. Sandro is a scumbag.

Worst movers ever. Careless and lazy. Smashed furniture into walls and glass. Dropped boxes of glass, left expensinve equipement alone on side of road, then left before job was finished and never came back. When we call they lied then stopped answering phone. Booked through Movee.com.au who were as useless as the movers.
