City Cave Wollongong

This City Cave is awesome! Beautiful premise, feels brand new! The staff were all gorgeous, polite and professional. My first time to go there, I’ll definitely be back for more treatments! Loved the float & massage thanks!

I had a deep tissue massage today with Elise and my God was it good. I felt like a whole new person walking out of there today, absolutely brilliant! Elise, you are a God sent angel!

First time experience loved it.

I have been to many City Caves in NSW plus QLD and I have never had someone knock on the door 3 minutes after your sauna time to state time is up. Previously, I have never been asked to leave the sauna room without some time for at least a quick shower (which is what every other City Cave allows). What was meant to be a relaxing session ended up rushed and flustered. I reccomend Dapto City Cave over Wollongong for better service.

The most wonderful recovery spot in Wollongong! Friendly staff, super calm environment & the saunas are magic.

Working in the industry myself for 14 years, I know a good spot when I experience one! I’ve now completed two couples float and sauna sessions and popped in for a couple of solo session at city cave. Everything is always extremely clean and presentable, the staff have always been welcoming, informative and friendly. The lounge is a touch, not feeling rushed into or to leave a treatment really makes a difference, and the fact that it’s dark! So many businesses in the industry find this hard to knock on the head. I also have you to thank for my partner actually enjoying experiences like this now! Certainly won’t be my last visit!

Not my first float with the Cave but I thought I’d leave a review this time.
An amazing experience I’d recommend to anyone.
After this float my body is humming with such a relaxed, positive energy.
Before and after service is second to none.
Will keep going as the float with no light and no sound will take ur mind/body to places you never thought possible.

I had my first floating experience here today and it was amazingly calming so much so that I fell asleep part of it. Facilities are extremely clean and the staff knowledgeable friendly and professional all in one.
The relaxation space is just that and so beautiful. I’m looking forward to my next visit.

I’ve been spending a lot of time here lately and everything is perfect. The staff are all lovely, the waiting area has tea and water (plus a peaceful vibe).
Saunas have towels and water, the float pools are always super clean and massages are always amazing.

Sauna rooms are good but you have to pay an extra $2.50 per towel, you are provided with 1 floor mat & 2 standard towels, but extras are charged as above. Photo included FYI. There's also 2 hooks on the back of the door in the sauna rooms.

Initially there was a light that didn't switch off in the float room, which has been fixed.

Parking a hassle.

A beautiful relaxing experience, staff are friendly and provide individualised service. Massage therapist was skilled, professional, providing helpfully advise and suggestions to address ailments.

My first visit at City Cave Wollongong was incredible! The staff were so lovely and took such amazing care of me. I had the infrared sauna followed by a float and It was the best experience! I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. It is such a beautiful space I will definitely be back! X

My daughter had a float and absolutely loved it. I have bought lots of float package vouchers for gifts and am looking forward to having a float myself soon. The place looks amazing and Nicky and her team are very professional and welcoming. Highly recommend!

My partner and I visited on Sunday and enjoyed our separate floats.

The rooms could use with better soundproofing as the sound from the corridor reverberates into the pool and distracts from the experience.

The staff are forgetful (forgetting to give us ear buds and turning off the jets in the pool when he had started our sessions).

Apart from that, the amenities are very nice and it experience is worthwhile. It is the ultimate type of relaxation.

Amazing facilities & customer service! The float's have helped relieve my back pain & muscle aches since I've been going. The Infrared Sauna has also improved my skin!
There were plenty of towels for each service & everyone working there is so friendly, making my visits so wonderful!

Feeling very relaxed after my first float at this City Cave location. Staff are super friendly, rooms are beautiful as always and the services are excellent. If I could give more than 5 stars I would and I will be back and recommending to all my friends:)
