Best massage I have had in a long time. Very relaxing. I would recommend Renay as a wonderful masseuse.

Me and my hubby, walked out feeling like we were on cloud nine, after having not only a massage, but also the floating in water, both were amazing. Thank you to the staff for such an awesome service, in helping us having a relaxing morning.
Will definitely be back.

Had a massage therapy session with Jodee Bain yesterday. After more than 100 sessions elsewhere I cannot find a better therapist. You cannot teach her technique thank you so much we really needed it after two kids and sleep deprivation. Everyone needs to do a Float session also

Always enjoy my infra red sauna. Temperature pre-set as requested by friendly staff. The room is always clean and ready to go.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed due to the atmosphere in there. Infra-red sauna and Salt Float were truly amazing would highly recommend. I did it with my partner (birthday present from sister and sister-in-law) and I have to say one of the best experiences to have experienced with my boyfriend.

Very clean amenities and tea is fresh, full and the right temperature.
I tried 3 other city cave stores and I was disappointed. I drive a little further out of my area to recieve a better experience at Minchinbury.
I do the float only and it is always quite so that you relax and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere without being disturbed by cave divers cleaning like I've experienced at other City Caves

Coming here for while now for my infrared saunas and has been awesome. Everyone is very nice and helpful in your just beginning and a lot of other thing to there like float tank and massages. Always well cleaned too

Yesterday was my birthday and my partner paid for an infrared sauna experience for me at City Cave Minchinbury. The staff were amazing, they explained everything perfectly and Alaria went out of her way to make it all a pleasurable experience. It was a great detox and I felt very clear after it. I highly recommend this place for professionalism and customer service.

With my 2nd visit, my partner joined me in the infrared sauna. He loved it. The staff once again were amazing and the best customer service I've seen in a long time. They are all so caring and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. In a world where customer service skills seem to be fading, this is a breath of fresh air that makes you want to go back.
