Place was nice but I booked in for a 90 minute relaxation massage yet was given an extremely painful deep tissue massage. I asked for the pressure to be less as it was to the point I couldn’t breathe with pain and the masseuse did ease off but after about 2 minutes continued at the original pressure that I asked the be lessened. Have done a course in massage myself and know what I was booking in for yet wasn’t given it. I am in pain and bruised from the treatment. Definitely won’t be booking in again for a massage there.

Loved the experience, from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed, Excellent service from the staff, relaxation room was beautiful and nurturing. Float tank was so relaxing and an amazing experience, I even fell asleep and afterwards was still floating. Perfect environment to allow yourself some self care, felt amazing after the experience, I'll be back for more, introductory package a great price too! Definitely worth the experience.

Can’t deny the actual infrared sauna and float tank are a great experience but unfortunately the first time I went I couldn’t connect to the Bluetooth in sauna as the previous people didn’t disconnect. Then today the same sauna had no connectivity then when my time was up there was no robe to leave the room and wait for my float tank so had to put my clothes on after being in the sauna.

My first Flauna today! Refreshing, rejuvenating and relaxing! Will be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

What an experience! Citycave is very much like a dayspa. I absolutely loved it. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and well stocked. The rooms had plenty of space to get changed. I really liked the little details such as having a carafe of water available in the sauna, bluetooth, tea and water available in the waiting lounge, even cotton tips to dry ears after the float. Will definitely be back! I was very relaxed for the rest of the day
