Our first time in the float tank was amazing, the minute we walked in there was a great & very relaxing vibe followed by an all round great experience. Can totally recommend City Cave Norwest.

Have done the sauna, float & massage. All wonderfully relaxing & I always leave feeling better than I arrived. Would recommend.

Staff were awesome and it was so relaxing just being in the centre. My 1st infra-red sauna and it definitely won't be my last. Wasn't sure what to expect but it was even better than the old style saunas I'm used to.

It was me and my partners first time ever doing a float and I don’t know where to begin.
It was a unique and fun experience doing it together, the staff were super friendly (didn’t get their names), the atmosphere was heavenly, the float was amazing, just overall a perfect experience. I am going to book again next month. The staff were perfect and really tied together the whole experience. After a full week at work it was the perfect thing to unwind and let everything go. Thank you again city cave and I’m sure I will see you again soon

Worth the visit

This was my second visit in one week & I’m feeling a lot better thanks to Glen.

After undergoing Chemo & radiation treatment for cancer for which I’ve now been given the all clear, a lot of muscles had been affected in the neck & shoulder areas. Targeting specific areas, Glen has been able to relieve a lot of angry muscles & I can more more freely with a lot less pain.

City Cave, Bella Vista provides a welcoming and rejuvenating atmosphere, making you feel like you can relax as if it were your own home. I personally love using their sauna facilities for both me and my partner, and we have always experienced a very clean and tidy professional service. I would highly recommend City Cave, Bella Vista to anybody needing a moment to re-centre themselves in a calm, relaxing environment.

City Cave Bella Vista experience was amazing. I have experienced a sauna and a float tank. Staff are very friendly and very helpful with any questions you may have and it's very clean and hygienic. You must visit and experience their treatments, if you haven't done so already.

We were booked in for a couples massage 2 weeks prior and was so eager to have a relaxing time from a stressful week. Instead, it turned out to be a disappointing experience that added more stress to our week.
My partner went in for her 45 min massage first with my 45 min massage to follow afterwards, which would be 90 mins total for us both.
They made an error and the masseuse gave my partner a 90 min massage instead, skipping my massage altogether.
I was waiting for a while so I had to approach the staff to make sure my booking was okay.
Instead of them taking responsibility, the female staff came back to me saying it was my partner's fault for the error. They said the masseuse was new and that he asked my partner during the massage if we were there for a 90 min massage in which my partner replied 'yes' since both our massages would equate to 90 mins.
My partner wouldn't have known how long she had been in the massage room since she didnt have access to her phone or the time during the massage.
We're also both unfamiliar with how it all works at the place since it was our first visit and thought they would be able to manage our booking and direct us accordingly. It shouldn't be the customer's responsibility to ensure the booking is done correctly.
Regardless, at the end of the day it's the responsibility of staff and management to ensure their masseuse knows what his appointments are for the day, and that our booking goes smoothly and according to plan. The masseuse shouldn't be asking the client mid way through the massage to confirm what they're there for and should have full knowledge of who their servicing and for how long.
Instead, the female staff put the blame on us and said if I wanted to proceed with my massage it would need to be booked another day with an extra cost.
Though she didn't say it directly, she went about it in a round about way saying it was all my partner's fault which made her extremely upset and now she doesn't feel like returning at all.
Rather than admitting to their error, there was minimal effort to rectify the situation whilst trying to assert that it was our fault and pushing back on all our feedback.
Based on our experience, we won't be recommending this place to all our friends and family as City Cave may mix up bookings and waste your time.

What a wonderful experience. The staff is super helpful, the place is clean and it is like a hidden paradise. I loved every moment! I had important learning when I was floating. I should not chase always the next thing, be more present. Highly recommended. BOOK IN NOW so you find out ASAP how you can self-heal and relax in a short space of time.

City Cave is definitely a 5 star experience. From welcoming to leave, you just feel your body relax and a sense of relaxation wave over your body. The store has been designed well and everything from the smells to the light brightness has been taken into consideration. We did the Float and oh boy did we enjoy. We will be back again to enjoy this experience more often. It leaves you feeling relaxed and energised.
