Wonderful room and very clean. I'll be staying at this hotel next time I'm in sydney

Clean rooms, showers only, blackout curtains, super.comfoetable king beds, no noisy d1ckheads, great little shop type thing to buy your sangers and drinks - and you can whack them on the panini maker yourself. Honestly just walk to the airport - it's literally 10 minutes - as you're going to have a bad time with a rideshare or taxi as it's chockers every other time unless you're 5.30am flights.

Good customer service with reasonable price.
However, old showering room with grouts breaking between tiles. No flippers provided in the room. Location is a bit harsh for Uber as the driver mentioned difficult to access given the roadworks and traffic.

The room was small but adequate. Location is good when flying out. Two complaints: There's no food but a grab and go which is heavily weighted to sandwiches, no salads, limited fruit.
And for some reason they have a room fragrance that isn't very pleasant. Don't know why it is necessary to add artificial fragrance. Bed was nice.

Great room but need control of the air conditioning. Friendly and efficient service. Close to airport but a bit of a walk to restaurants. Great bar and lounge on the penthouse floor.

Perfect place to stay for a short layover in Sydney! Friendly staff, great rooms and affordable price.

Convenient location. Spacious waiting room. Clean hotel room. Onsite parking.

Good value for money

Great location as it’s close to the airport but for $250 a night I would expect complimentary bottled water in the room (there is only tap water, or you can buy water separately).

Gym is small but enough to do a decent basic workout

I would have no problems coming back here.

The place was so quirky and the place was so clean! It was also really close to the airport (walking distance) and the staff were so very lovely. Shashank in particular was one of the most friendly staff I’ve ever encountered! His smile & warm nature was beyond. Thank you!

I've stayed here several times now, and it is my favourite close to the airport stay. It's clean and the beds are firm (which is amazing), the rooms are small, but the bathrooms large compared to others in the area.

The staff are efficient, quick and they get things done. The prices are pretty good too, definitely book direct as it's the cheapest!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times now and love this hotel. Yesterday I got stuck in Sydney due to flight cancellations. I had to come back twice and the staff was amazing and always helped me out.
The design of the rooms and all public areas is super cute, the staff is lovely and very helpful and the beds are veeery comfy.
I won’t stay anywhere else if I have to spend the night around the airport.
They are pet friendly too, so bring your fur babies)

We had a very pleasant stay at Citadines Connect Sydney Airport. The room is comfortable. We all had a goodnight’s sleep. The views of the airport and design of the hotel is amazing! I think that the customer service is by far excellent, special mention to Krystal, who went above and beyond in accommodating us. Thanks so much, Krystal. We will definitely book again when travelling to Sydney.

Nice, comfortable room and it was nice to sit at the bar and watch planes land, but the service was awful. After a 35 hour trip I asked if they could contact me when a room was ready. The receptionist said no as they’d be busy with other guests and the bar but I could ring them. None of the power outlets in my room worked so went and sat in the bar to charge my phone. When I asked about the cocktails they said there were only basic drinks. 5 minutes later they were making cocktails…I won’t be back and would recommend the Pullman or Ibis down the road.

My rating is based on my expectations verses the reality I perceived.

Due to a cancelled flight my family found ourselves with a group of other tired travellers late in the evening being shuffled off to this motel.

The result was a very pleasant stay exceeding my expectations (being a tired traveller wanting a feed and bed). I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a basic room for a brief stay, cancelled flights, and/or business.

Pro:
- wonderful friendly staff; service desk, dining area, cleaning.
- basic very clean well maintained room
- excellent views from the reception, lounge, dining area looking out over the airport
- Comfortable dining area and lounge where we were able to sit and relax without pressure.
- short walk from the domestic terminal
- flexible arrangements
- an excellent dining area with good selection of food and drink. I enjoyed the beer, coffee, soup, and egg/bacon.

Cons:
- None that I experienced.

I cannot comment on:
- price of the room as all costs were covered by the airline
- parking

Very clean, close to the airport and was pet friendly for our dog. Our dog stayed with us in our room, in transit through the hotel and even eat with us for dinner on the outdoor terrace. We were careful to ensure our dog was not interfering with other guests' hotel experiences.

First time at this hotel and I could not recommend it more. I just wished I was in Sydney for longer so I could extend my stay here.

The room was extremely comfortable, modern and functional.

I didn’t have much opportunity to explore the rest of the facilities in the hotel but I was impressed with the little I saw during the quick tour the staff member gave me when I checked in.

Asian girl in glasses is so rude and condescending. Can’t believe how she speaks to people. Word of advice a non customer is a potential customer and your attitude is a disgrace and you have no right to talk anyone like that.

Very good customer service, helpful, and good food.

Reception is on the penthouse floor, as well as the restaurant and bar giving an awesome view of town.

Well presented well maintained handy to the airport.
Food average and small portions.
At $10.00 per stubby of beer that is $240.00 per carton when you can purchase a carton for $60.00 something is not right.
