Probably ok for a general clean but wouldn't recommend for a deep clean. Agreed tasks that were quoted for weren't completed and was told they "ran out of time". The cleaners seemed to be taking their time which would be ok if the clean was thorough. One of the cleaners that they sent seemed pretty inexperienced and had to be reminded to do agreed tasks. Simple things like wiping dust from the top of picture frames is something I would expect to be done when paying $500+ for a deep clean.

This is a superior cleaning company with highly experienced cleaners who go the extra mile every time. They cleaned my home beautifully, leaving behind little personal touches as they went, including rearranging things to make the house a home. They even bring treats for my little puppy. I wouldn't recommend it. The cleaning quality was low (assessed by experienced cleaners). Had to call them again to fix the issues but the final inspection found more problems. So on top of quite an expensive service, I was charged another $165 by my property's agent for the dirty unit.

I recently moved our regular house clean to Cinderella’s Touch and I won’t look back! The system is seamless from booking to payment, the team are always accessible and the cleaners we have had are second to none. Most recently Joanne and her team blew my socks off at how immaculate they left our home. Fast, but thorough with a level of care to the highest standards. I highly recommend these guys!

I have used a number of cleaning services and while the clean has always been adequate, the customer service and cleaning costs have always been pretty terrible. I found Cinderalla's Touch Cleaning to be in credibly flexible on initial quotes, adding or removing various cleaning services along the way as well as being very accommodating with cleaning availability. They always turn up on time and are very courteous, quick and efficient. The customer service and communication from the admin team is excellent reponding to enquiries within a couple of hours, being flexible and understanding and the text message confirmation system is excellent. If you value organisation and communication from your cleaners you cant go past Cinderella's Touch! Highly recommended!

We have been using the services of Cinderella’s Touch Cleaning for some time now and I am delighted with theservice they provide. Kim and Lee are an excellent team who take time, are very thorough and a pleasure to have in my home. They do an outstanding job and I look forward to their visit each fortnight. They have made a huge difference to our lives and I really appreciate them. I also commend Irene who works at the head office. She is professional, warm and happy to help at any time with anything. A great company that prides itself on delivering great results. Highly recommend.

I had two cleans and they were ok although a few things were missed each time. On the second clean a large amount of blue windex was spilt on my brand new cream carpet and has left a large stain. I complained and spent hours trying to fix it but its still noticeable and has ruined the texture of the carpet. I asked for a reduction on my next clean but was refused and they said they get back to me with a resolution and I haven’t heard from them since. It’s a shame because the ladies were nice but due to the customer management and service I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Update based on the response below:

No effort was made to resolve the spill with zero accountability for the whole issue. This occurred on 24 March and after following up and being told you would come back to me, I’ve heard nothing. The quotes you received all said they wouldn’t do a small spot clean job, which is what you told me before I mentioned I used a tiny amount of white vinegar mixed with a lot of water. Your advice was just to use water and it wouldn’t stain which was completely untrue. No other solutions have been offered.

Finally, I wasn’t rude. I cancelled the next clean on short notice because no effort had been made to resolve the spill and when I did, I was hung up on.

The whole situation has been really disappointing and I’m the one left with a big blue mark on the carpet.

The cleaning staff do great work, but the company's organisation is poor. The cleaners today showed up an hour early when we weren't home. Then the office told us they couldn't do the job today. Mistakes happen, but there have been multiple issues in this vein. We're going to find someone else.

The owner and cleaners are amiable and professional. They do an excellent job each time and are so accommodating especially for a household with two indoor cats. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of service and the value.

The ladies at Cinderella’s touch have been so professional and efficient. I have been using them for regular cleaning and and an end of tenancy clean and have loved their services! The team do such a though job of cleaning my home and make sure everything is sparkling before they leave. They are always careful with our belongings and make sure that everything back in its place if moved. Highly recommend! So glad I found them

After a horrible end of lease cleaning experience with another company which left us in the lurch, I contacted Cinderella's touch to perform a cleaning assessment so that I could request a chargeback from my bank. Not only was this not a standard service which they kindly agreed to perform but Jacque was quick, polite and responsive throughout the process. I offered to compensate her time for writing the report and she even declined payment. Cinderella's touch truely went above and beyond to help me out.

I was so impressed with how professional, helpful and human they were I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Moving forward they will be the only cleaning company I will be using.

I have used Cinderella’s touch cleaning twice now amd both times they done a brilliant job!
Also I am veryyyyy last minute and the girls were still able to help on short notice,
They helped once after my sons first birthday and once when I was about to move, would highly recommend!
And will defo use again️
