The carparking has significantly improved but the free period is too short and the access routes to the IGA and other oft-visited venues too complicated and inadequately signposted.

I sent an enquiry through the website portal to arrange a VIP function for 200 people with VIP catering. The site said they would come back to me within 24 hours re the availability of the Atrium venue. That was on the 28th of August. I received a reply on the 27th September to say it was not available. I wonder if the Atrium stakeholders realise how poorly their product is being represented by Cicada Innovations - whoever they are.

Cicada has excellent venue hire facilities. We hold meetings in the large seminar room and board room. The spaces are clean and well equipped for our needs. Good location, train station a 2 min walk. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Cicada is an amazing venue to hire! We are located in the building and have celebrated our 10th birthday here and have use many of the conference rooms for strategy meetings! Would recommend to everyone!

Great cafe here with awesome staff and provide great customer service and make fantastic coffee.
