So grateful to find someone practising reflexology. I found Chris so professional, yet friendly and I loved the tips he gave me for self care. I loved the setting and variety of the treatment (I had a combination of reflexology and acupressure massage). I left feeling relaxed and like could come regularly to support my health

Visiting the area I was looking for a natural practitioner to help me with general wear and tear and specific issues with my feet and orthotics.

I found Chris to be an excellent communicator and flexible with a number of appointment times and options.

My session with Chris was a combination of massage and reflexology, accompanied by guidance to better protect myself during yoga classes. (Alternative poses).

I look forward to visiting Chris again in the New Year as a follow-up to my session with him.

Chris is a great practitioner. I’m trapped in a chair tapping on a keyboard 40 hours a week so my back and neck are almost always a mess. Chris’s focussed approach to specific pressure points with the right amount of pressure was perfect for me. I felt 200% after our session. Chris' techniques may not be for everyone, and I'm sure he modifies his treatments for each individual, but this is not what the majority of people would consider massage. There are no oils, no stripping off or delicately placed towels - my experience has been pretty intense body work, which works great for me, but may not be what others are looking for so call and discuss with Chris in advance.
For me however, the benefits I've received have been amazing - when you see "The body keeps the score" on the bookshelf, you know this therapist understands the importance of body work. I've felt my body release and move in ways I didn't think possible, with shifts in feelings of grounding and emotional positivity and quietness which is welcome, but a surprise from such a vigorous treatment.
Chris will be a regular part of my treatment team now I've discovered him.

Had my first accupressure massage by Chris at my home. He is knowledgeable and thorough and he made feel relaxed and comfortable despite a fairly intense treatment.
I actually felt great the next day.
Chris’s rates are fair, he was on time and is a likeable fella.

CP Massage is different. I think is perfect for men as is very mechanical and Christopher is tall and strong. You feel completely safe. He spotted the areas with problems straight away and I felt quite better days after, even I attended without really have any big problem. I just wanted give a bit of love and care to my body
