Christ Church St Laurence reviews
34 Hi, I have recently done a wedding photoshoot.
Church looks gorgeous and choir team was great!
Attached a few photos from the photoshoot.
This is Candid chaser photography specialising in weddings, couples, portraits and fashion!
I walked into the church with a heavy heart on my mind. A volunteer from the church offered me hot tea with cookies. Felt God's peace
Beautiful church built in 1845. Great for a beautiful wedding. Easy 3 min walk to Wilson Parking. God Bless the newlyweds
This is a sacred place with a deep sense of community. They are open and welcome to all people no matter what your own story is.
A fantastic Catholic church. Anglo Catholic not low Anglican fundamentalist. Accepts everyone not judgemental.
An absolutely stunning church, beautiful services, and a warm and friendly community. It was a delight to visit.
I love Christ Church St Laurence. I love the liturgy and the people serving there are inclusive and easy to talk to.
The bell is noisy and lasts so long hope we can complaint to council to stop their stupid behaviour
A beautiful place of formal Anglo-Catholic Worship. A wonder welcoming Rector Daniel Drys. Stunning music
This is a beautiful church with traditional Anglican services. The clergy embrace people from all walks of life. Father Daniel Dries is an excellent Minister and we love to hear his sermons.
Bell ringing way too often cant sleep or hear my self think. Hours on end. Disgusting behaviour
An obnoxiously loud cacophony of bells are rung throughout all hours of Tuesday and Sunday for unnecessary lengths of time. Absolutely disrespectful and just god damn annoying!
A truly inclusive place for all - those who are between homes to those with many! No one is excluded from the grandeur of worship in this recently restored church.
This a very welcoming church community. The services are traditionally Anglican but so open and accepting of all types of people. The congregation is generally older but so modern thinking in a lot of ways.
Share with you tonight in the Easter Story, a very blessed story of your beautiful congregation
Always love this place. Service was excellent. Attending funeral. Highly recommended. Will go again.
A beautiful Anglo-Catholic church in the heart of Sydney. The restoration work has greatly intensified the beauty of this church.
Beautiful traditional Anglican service- a place where past and present connect. I walked out if this service with a lingering inner stillness. Thank you!
A welcoming Anglican Church with a charming and friendly parishioners and priest. The atmosphere is one of an inclusive Church that welcomes everyone regardless of backgrounds, beliefs and creeds. I normally attend the Sunday morning service as they have the most impressive choir. Also attend the Evensong for its sombre atmosphere. The Church also runs charity for the homeless opening their doors to anyone to come over to reflect and also have tea and coffee. A beautiful church near Central Station.
