Rip off! Did normal servicing and charged 360$ for service. Also had to ask them to do things sepeartely after service because they didnot even bother to see whats wrong with the car. Hungry for money

Got a rego check here today. Very pleasant staff, efficient service. Did it in 15 mins. Three other places wanted me to leave the car for 2+ hours.

Quoted $140 over phone for oil change, flush and filter. Seen same guy with beard in person he quoted $180 including engine flush $20 and filter $20.ok ok. Booked in gets job done.they want $325. Young receptionist exclaimed "what engine flush/cleaner? We dont do that'. Maybe it's in the service fee? "
Made out i was telling a lie about $180 quote. Bloke with beard gone and young apprentice doesn't say about engine cleaner just runs and hides behind receptionist. Iam on a pension just gave $180 as quoted. Dont trust these clowns. Didn't change the oil as it's black and oil still low.

Very good service and competitive prices.
Problem was fixed as I had them change my Fuel Pump Module on my Toyota Camry 2007

Very competent mechanics, probably the cleanest workshop I have seen. Warm and welcoming. Had my car serviced and they found some issues that I expected which was fixed on another day. The issue I had fixed was done to the quoted amount probably slightly over which is fine, but was warned of a potential squeaking belt which I was told on arrival to pick up, which I didn’t think was to much of an issue. It may need to be replaced also. OMG it is a loud squeak. I called back spoke to one of the mechs, they said bring it back in and we will fix it Monday, the thing is I would have just have preferred to change it while it was in, I can’t keep bringing the car in for small parts. I am disappointed in the service I got, But I will take my car back, they are trustworthy and I think I’m just going to give them the benefit of the doubt. 3.5 stars ️
I took away a star ️ for giving me back a squeaky car and half a star for not communicating with me about the oily belt when we had the opportunity to change it.

Chris and his team is highly experienced and courteous. Competitive service charges. Great customer service. I had my Volkswagen and Toyota serviced. Nice lounge to sit and relax while you are waiting for the delivery. They provide dropoff's however I was not provided one due to COVID restrictions. Highly recommended!
