Chris Cunningham Park reviews
19 Beautiful family friendly well maintained parkland and memorial adjacent to Jack Evans Boat Harbour.
Boardwalk with water views and seating areas.
Fantastic spot to start the day with a predawn sunrise walk.
Took my grandson here a few days ago. He loved the little people statue's, the memorial fountain (even though it was not working) plus the small beach. I enjoyed the war memorial plaques behind the memorial wall.
I liked my walk around the spacious Chris Cunningham Park
Specially with looking at the Tweed Heads Memorial Fountain & the children statues looking up at the Australian Flag
Also through this Tweed Heads park.your can walk to a scenic inlet - which runs off Tweed River
Following along the foreshore, is a pathway.it would have been good to explore - if I had more time
Had a great day.beautiful spot. We had fish and chips and scallops. We had little dog with us. Had coffee and with lunch a wine. Perfect day.

A really large, peaceful area near the water. Perfect for a walk, e bike, pushbike, a d & m chat, taking the dog out to meet other canines. It's lovely watching the luxury boats zip past and the general water craft moments whilst sitting and enjoying a lunch or snack provided in the park.
There is a large enclosed children's bouncing area and other activities in the water and on the grasslands. All free and safe.
Very interesting rustic design. Service pretty slow for a take-away, mediocre coffee. Cool place to check out, feels like something out of Swiss Family Robinson.
This park offers a unique landscape with the bay as a central theme to its beauty. Great for walkers or dog owners. Nice place to set up a picnic in the sun. Walking distance from many shops. Public toilets and chairs available. Undercover seating also.
Great place for spending time with family. Lots of car park space too. Public toilet is next the information centre. I went this place on Sunday, the toilet door was locked and couldn't use it.
Water feature and Memorial to the fallen is a great tribute.
Green grass, good for kids to burn off some energy. Beside the water too. So good swimming.
Worth having lunch and a stroll.weather was overcast so didn't get to enjoy it as much as one could!
Great place to walk n relax, paddle boating, if luckier enough will get to see dolphins out in the water
We picnic there. The Supermarkets are across the road. Everything is so easy. And there are BBQs to use
Very pleasant park right on the edge of the water. Plenty of seats, some in shade. Very near the Tweed Centro shopping centre and the Twin Towns club.
Great for walks with the dog, hire of paddle boards and other water sport activities. Great fish and chip shop.always fresh and tasty.right in this cove.
Me and the kids had so much fun, between playing in the sand, at the play ground or even just going for a walk. It is just so relaxing there.
A peaceful place of remembrance for the town's ANZAC memorial. A safe place for kids to play for the rest of the year.
