Don’t rent your property through Chris Burke Real Estate! After R&W Cronulla was acquired by Chris Burke two years ago my tenanted property went over to them. I live in the Uk and have had to come back to Australia to repair by property that has clearly not been managed by these agents! Their treatment of me as a landlord has been disdainful and disrespectful at best. I will be taking this further.
They don’t even deserve that score

My permission or knowledge then seeing it was left filthy by the tenants
And Chris Bourke taking no responsibility
