Thank you to the hard working, professional men from Chop ‘N’ Drop and Wilson’s Cranes who removed our 2 extremely large Norfolk Island Pines in a seamless display of their amazing skills yesterday. This would not have been possible if it wasn’t for our neighbour at 55 allowing us to use their block. With High Voltage wires running past, plus the height of the pines, safety was paramount. After this massive removal the road and our yard was left immaculate.

So after sending photos and advising of a pool pump very close and that fences were involved (also shown in photo) I was assured they could remove my palm trees. The crew shows up and says, we cant remove that, we would need different equipment. The guy tells my husband that he’d contact his boss and they would get back to us. That was last year in November and we are still waiting for someone to contact us. Super poor service, very dissatisfied with the whole process. Unfortunately can’t recommend there service as they didn’t bother to get back in touch with a new plan for removal!

The Chop and Drop team did a great job removing 5 dangerous trees around our house. They were very professional and tidied up beautifully at the end of the job.

The team removed a couple large trees for me today. Not a run of the mill job, involved cranes and a good sized team. They turned up and were friendly and very professional.
