Choices Flooring Heatherbrae

Had new floor installed both hardwood and carpet. Both were done well and choices flooring was accommodating to my needs. Was a decent price and done in a timely manner.

On time, efficient and easy to deal with. The installers were great and professional I would thoroughly recommend them

We have just had vinyl planks installed over our existing tile floor and the difference is amazing. Very happy with the Choices product and our dealings with Darren. Particularly happy with the installers from Jerry’s Flooring who did a most professional job with the floor preparation and vinyl laying.

Good variety and knowledgeable friendly staff, they arranged carpet layer who decided to cut around the door stops instead of removing them, I rang to express my disbelief so they sent the carpet layer back to have a look who did not find anything wrong with what he did so I still have holes in the carpet. I also purchase laminate flooring which was layed by a different contractor who did an amazing job. If you purchase carpet from them remove your door stops before it gets layed.

Big thank you to Warrick who contacted me and sorted out the issue with the holes, the carpet has now been replaced and I'm very happy with it.

We had to have some carpet replaced quickly, as we were getting ready for sale. I went to Choices Flooring in the morning and explained the situation to Warrick. I picked out the near exact colour carpet, and Warrick organised one of his team to do the measure that afternoon. Warrick then emailed the quote to us within an hour and had the carpet ordered for us the same day.  The carpet was installed  one week later.

This was the fastest service that I’ve ever experienced. Warrick and his team at Choices Flooring are extremely helpful and professional, and I am thankful that they were sympathetic to our situation and acted promptly. If you want to get quality flooring at a great price, and professionally installed, then you need to see the team at Choices Flooring.

The team and installer were amazing. Really helpful and accommodating, I absolutely love my new flooring and would recommend these guys to anyone needing new flooring.
