Choices Flooring Byron Bay

We have used choices flooring on 2 projects now. They are friendly and have a huge variety of choice, the carpet layers were professional, experienced and careful of our property. Highly recommend for great service and price.

Please be careful when this company invoices you. They have charged us for multiple things that we did not receive and are refusing to take them off the invoice and demanding we pay it.
They left giant gaps in my floor, took over 6months to return to fix it, took 4months before they even responded to my emails or calls about fixing it and offered a $250 discount from $4,000 at the end of it all as a discount for how we have been treated while still charging us for multiple things that were not done (like sanding my floor). Not good enough and very unprofessional. Would not recommend Choices Flooring Byron Bay

Has been good to work with the team at Choices in Byron. Worked well for me and I needed the job done quickly and in a timely manner. It all happened with ease.

Point blank unprofessional and a rip off.
They charge for jobs that were not done (eg chaulking).
They will leave your floor half finished and not respond to your emails about finishing the job for months on end until they contact you about payment and when told the job is incomplete they say they have no idea about it. Even though you have left multiple emails about it. I guess the receptionist doesn't do their job properly? A bit like the people who install the floor and leave the job unfinished for months?
Would never go through this company again. I don't think it's right they are ripping off families trying to fix their homes after the 2022 floods. Shows the morals and care of the company for the community.

Choices Flooring provided excellent customer service and advice on our flooring. They were very knowledge and worked above and beyond to get materials ordered and the floor completed before deadlines for us. We were really happy with the end result and so grateful for all their fantastic work.

The product, installation and service is awful!
I strongly recommend that you do not use this company.

WARNING DO NOT HIRE, They do not pay their contractors on time or the full amounts, they use inferior products and are known to not do the right thing with money

Sharon was a informative and an absolute delight to deal with when she measured up the house. Chris was professional and worked so hard to provide outstanding service and craftsmanship.
Throughout the job the communication was outstanding and nothing was to much trouble.
Outstanding service with delightful old fashion family service.
