Choices Flooring

Appalling customer service. I went in and ordered carpet with my children. I asked if it was possible for carpet to be measured and installed in the same week and the salesperson assured me that this could be done. On ringing to change the date of measurement and installation the woman who answered was incredibly rude saying she would never have promised me such a thing and that it was impossible. She also said I was not booked in and there was no record of me having booked. She was very defensive saying she would never promise such a thing and hung up the phone. I still have the carpet sample so shall be finding another company to install my carpet.

Absolutely the worst flooring experience, from lies and miss communication after deposit paid to disgraceful installation and the boss who measured up and quoted couldn't even count the correct number of steps. Was good on sales and quote but as soon we paid the deposit it started to fall apart. The installers spent 2 days in my house telling me how bad the bosses are, they also did not install any of our hybrid flooring correctly. Mick the salesman and business owner did not order enough product so the job was left half finished for a week while they sourced enough to finish the job. 1 year after the horrible experience (not counting the 1st 3 months of stuffing up the ordering) all of the steps are lifting and there is gaps between joins where the flooring has shifted. I am slowly having to refit the steps myself and remove skirting boards through the halls to try and close the gaps. Be advised DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BUSINESS! You WILL be disappointed, just check the other reviews. I can confirm that atleast one of the 5 star reviews is a member of the owners family.

Worst communication ever! Find somewhere else with the same product and go with the other company. Zero communication from managers but Deb on the floor was great. Installer was great as well and i got more communication from him then i did from Choices Fairy Meadow. If i do anything regarding flooring again then i will never ever go here. Running a business is hard but you need to put an effort into your customers and talk to them. The job cost me more money and time (accommodation and time of work) to accommodate the issues we had. Please do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Maybe update your website and front door for store times arrived at your store now says closes at 2pm and closed what a joke.

Very happy with the results from Choices at Fairy Meadow. Deb was great and helped me choose the best flooring. Mick was very helpful as well with other questions. Dave and team did a lovely job too. Love my new floors.

Choices flooring are a joke. Management are a disgrace and will have a go at you for getting quotes from other vendor's. Because we had a previous floor done by a different Choices company mind you, this guy - the boss had a go at my wife and quoted us an over the top sum.
A friend of ours also had their floors done by these guys and they refused to return and fix 2 planks that had come unstuck! A 20 minute job!
Great service? Gotta be kidding yourself guys. If your thinking Choices Fairy Meadow then make a better Choice!

At the time of ordering our carpet and hybrid flooring, we were told it would be a 2 week time period for the carpet to be ready and approx.the same time for hybrid flooring, then someone would call us to schedule the install.
Long story short and after numerous of follow up calls (initiated by us, not Choices) we finally received our carpet 4 weeks later. On the date scheduled for the installation of our hybrid flooring, the workers just didn't show up, so again we had to follow up with Choices as to what was going on.
After almost 2 months of frustration, we decided to cancel our flooring install and go somewhere else.
Extremely disappointed.

Thanks choices flooring for such a fantastic job in putting in new carpets and flooring, your staff were exellent and very experienced especially when there was a fault in the floor but danny worked out a good way to get around it and jimmy fitted everything perfect, i decided to get window blinds so i popped into the office and the lady in there was very good she worked out what kind of blinds i needed what colour, and how to fit them, i was quite surprised when she picked up her mop and bucket and carried on cleaning she was the office cleaner, exellent staff training. All in all it was a very professional job well done. Thanks mick and staff.

Very satisfied with service from start to finish. Bedrooms carpeted and feel soft underfoot. Would recommend Choice Flooring.
