They installed hybrid flooring in our lounge and rumpus room several years ago and it is still looking amazing. Last year they did out music room. This year they did our upstairs landing and next we will get them to carpet our bedrooms. Future plans include doing our kitchen and hall area. Very happy with the professional service. Great quality work and great customer service.

My experience with Choices Flooring at Castle Hill was a very professional experience from the time I walked into the store to the organisation of the laying of the planking and carpet in a town house. The girls suggested colours which were just what I needed. The follow up phone calls confirming dates for installation and the trades people were on time and very efficient. The work they did was of the highest standard and moving furniture was not a problem. They cleaned up after completion and took old floor coverings away and there was no hidden cost. Total amount on quote was what I paid. My experience was a very Happy one I would highly recommend them.

THANK YOU to Choice Flooring at Castle Hill. I have used this store before to carpet stairs in our home and again this year to carpet the rest of the home. The patience of ALL the girls at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I struggled greatly with carpet choices and EACH and EVERY time i went to the store, the staff would listen, suggest, drag more samples out, allow me to take them home and just be SUPER SUPPORTIVE. I think it took me over 5 months to eventually choose the carpet and more specifically, to find a colour that came in 2 different "thicknesses". I never felt rushed, or hassled or made fun of for being so fussy with my decisions (or lack thereof). Instead, i was encouraged to take samples as often as i wanted, over and over again. To me this was EXACTLY the sort of service i was looking for. Due to delays in renovating, we had to put off the carpet install 4 times. This was never a problem for the staff and they cheerily booked me in a new date. 10 days ago Glenn came to install our lovely carpet and he was AMAZING -professional, timely, dedicated to his craft and friendly all at the same time. He worked in with us as we were moving the furniture by ourselves. The finished product is - SPECTACULAR. We are still walking around on it with a feeling of huge satisfaction and happiness. I have also enquired about their after-sales carpet edging service (to use up some of the scraps of carpet left over and turn them into rugs) and will be using them to do this. CHOICES FLOORING in Castle Hill, NSW certainly delivered over and above my expectations.i am very impressed with every dealing i had with them and would highly recommend Debbie and her dedicated team if you are looking for a quality carpet install job for your home. Our experience with Choices Flooring has been wonderful. From our initial consultation in the store and deciding what product to choose for our new home and then deciding what carpet would also be suitable. The consultants in the Castle Hill store were really helpful, knowledgable and friendly. We chose Karndeen Van Gough - Honey Oak Vinyl planks and we are extremely happy with our choice, the colour and the finished product. The installer was professional and did an incredible job laying over 100 sq.metres. We get so many positive comments when people come to our house about our gorgeous floor. We can't thank everyone at Choices for delivering a great product and service worthy of the 5 stars.

We hade an appointment for a home visit from the Castle Hill store.
When they were over 30 mins late we rang them to be told they were only minutes away.
When they arrived a hour late and blamed traffic - didn't introduce themselves or apologise for their timing - and then had forgotten to bring an agreed sample floorboard.but wait.they then got cranky at us and spat the dummy and walk out.yep walked out.and believe it or not - this was the owner of the Castle Hill store. We are so glad we learnt what this company was like at this early stage.

In todays world if you wanted to do a DIY of flooring it wouldn’t be difficult, however some of us choose to go to a professional organisation and get things done right. If you are hoping to do this with Choice Flooring then please stop and pay the extra couple of hundred and go with your other options, it may look like they are giving you a good deal but its not worth it because the contractors run the show.

I had hard wood floors done downstairs and carpet done upstairs. After paying extra to level the floor before laying the wood, its still creaking and in some spots you can literally step and feel the air beneath the floor board. I paid for new wall skirting and the contractors could not shave the bottom of the skirting to match the different level of the house (check out the picture- he decided to just cut a big gap and left it at that. I paid to shave the bottom of a sliding door, they did not do this instead they moved my door around lifting it off the ground and damaging the paint job of the door and the wall! Of course the sliding door was not put back on properly and now has marks everywhere- I brought these issues to the managers attention she came out and agreed that it was not right and suggested to bring the contractors back in to fix it- I declined because the contractors are not friendly people, and I personally did not want to have issues with someone who knows where I live, I just made my peace and left it, I was so annoyed I did not even want my money back for the door they charged to shave which they didn’t.

The carpet was done right and everything seemed okay but now a couple of months later, we are getting pricked by NAILS STICKING OUT on the stairs. I called and told them and they told me the contractor said “he will get around to it in a couple of weeks if he is in that area” THIS IS A JOKE, there is no management the contractors run the show period.

Do yourself a favour and get someone off gumtree, at least they will put the effort and work in knowing all the money goes in their own pocket.

All of the ladies in Choices were fantastic to deal with and very helpful. Install was smooth and great quality. Thanks again.
