Went here to talk about getting a particular hybrid board to match the floors in 60% of our home that were laid 4+ years ago.
The same boards are available, getting a measure in 2 days and also gave us options on storing the boards in their warehouse and protecting the existing while some work is done to remove walls. Highly recommend this place

Two years ago Choices lay carpet in our bedrooms. We had to wait a while for our choice of carpet to come in due to Covid but the friendly staff kept us informed every step of the way. The process was effortless. Nothing was problem to them. Every morning when we step onto that carpet it still feels luxurious and decadent.

Highly recommend Choices Flooring Narellan. We have an older house with a spiral staircase which posed big challenge. The team were up for the challenge and our new flooring looks amazing. Suzi was so helpful and easy to deal with and kept us informed every step of the way.

We had Tim and Taylor install our new vinyl floor. We are so happy with the finished project and the boys were so professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks to office staff as well who helped us with the entire process. I would definitely recommend your services to others.

What was supposed to have been a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare. I was lied to a number of times and in the end the product turned out to be unavailable. I cancelled the order and went elsewhere.

Great staff, great service, great showroom to inspire and think outside the renovation box. Some toys to keep the kids busy while the adults can make choices.

We had nightmare tenants for nine years, consequently we had to replace everything. Had received several quotes from other providers who were more pushy than interested in giving us service. Saw an ad for Choices on TV so contacted them online.once I explained what I needed, things moved quickly. We got a measure and quote within a few days, samples were shown, advice given, and once we decided and paid the deposit things moved fast. Carpets, flooring, and blinds were installed all in three days. Old stuff was taken away and they even cleaned up after. A huge thankyou to Renee, my internet/phone contact at Narellan. We are extremely happy with our purchase, workmanship and overall service we received. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Choices Narellan have been a dream to deal with. We had a long build process and so start to finish with visiting them spanned over a year. The products they provided were so much better quality and value than everywhere else we looked. Everyone was so pleasant to liaise with, Casey and Renee were especially excellent and patient with our correspondence. The workmanship of their installers has been fantastic (it's been 4 months since the install and we're still amazed with how much of a great job they did) and in addition the installers were so friendly when working in our house. Thank you Choices, we are very happy we came to you.

Was quoted $8500 by another store after some shrewd negotiation, came in to Choices Flooring Narellan and Dealt with V. V off the bat quoted me $8200 with taking up my existing carpet and moving my furniture!

Disgusting service from Renee. Measure up booking not happening and she didn't take down my number and didn't make any effort with having my address to let me know. Leaving me to take a day off work unpaid for no reason They had known since last week the booking wasn't going to happen. Don't waste your time with her or the team. They don't care about customer servoce or getting off their arses to make an effort in their mistake to notify a customer of a cancelled booking.

I would not recommend this company at all. We paid over $7000 to have a number of areas in our house carpeted. They sent one man out to work on his own. The carpet was loose in areas, bumpy on the stairs, cut crooked or slightly short, lifting and fraying, and a tile broken in the bathroom. Follow-up customer service was non-existent. The only action was via Fair Trading. Choices sent out the same man who justified his work by saying carpet stretched by walking or having sun on it. The carpet is again lifting in places, but I wouldn't want anyone from that company back in my house again.

I purchased 200 sqm Quick Step laminate flooring from Choices at Narellan in July 2013 for a new house. I would have to say that I could not believe the service provided by the staff at this shop. Firstly they gave me an excellent price straight up without any haggling and it was a no pressure sale. They came to my house to check measure and even though there were minor variances in the stairs from the quote they maintained there quoted price. Then it came to the laying at first when I saw the flooring layer turn up in his van which looked like it should be in a scrap yard, I thought oh no what am I in for now. I would have to say that the floor layer even with the minor communication issues was a true tradesman and him and his wife layed my 200 sqm floor and stair treads and risers within 3 days which I could not believe. The layer made sure all door jambs and architraves were cut that the floors were clean and after finishing the floor they took away all the left over material from site and left me with 2 untouched boxes for spares for the future. I would to thank Narellan Choices Flooring as my flooring looks just as good now after 6 months as it did when it was laid.
I would choose Narellan flooring again and would also refer friend and relatives to them for any purchase.
