Our block of units had a difficult job as the internal stairways required re carpeting but not the corridors. Jamie was a great help in matching the existing carpet and Made and Jesse were just brilliant carpet layers and did the job perfectly. Those 2 guys are consummate professionals.

Thank you Choices Alexandria! On the off chance we called into this store when passing. We received a quotation from our Letting Agent for new flooring at our investment property, Which we thought was a little costly. We ended up talking with Jamie in store who’s knowledge of carpet and explanation of different types was very understanding for us - Compared to the other shops we went too! (They never had a clue) Our Real Estate quoted us X amount for new carpets and Jamie gave us a quote based on the same colour / type of carpet but nearly $1000 cheaper! The installation and quality of carpet was exactly how Jamie described, Saving us a small fortune. We know where to go for any flooring from now and who to deal with! Thanks!

Best of all has been the ongoing support, which is the true test of an excellent company. Several years after having our floorboards installed we had an issue arise with them. After engaging with Rob from Choices along with other companies involved it was Rob/Choices who followed through with us and helped us get it all resolved. His support was incredible. Their selection of flooring, attention to detail and customer care is second to none.

We bought flooring from Jamie in the Alexandria store, He arranged all the measuring and installation within 10 days. Extremely happy with the service he gave us all round including his good knowledge and recommending the perfect vinyl to suit us and our budget. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had the same experience as those who came to the shop with no one ask if you need some help, as if clients are invisible.
Many flooring shops are actually fighting to gain customers so I could not understand how could this shop does not worry about its staff's poor attitude
so I had to approach to a girl and eventually she organized a take away sample with a deposit, which is not too bad.

I had a really good experience with Choice Alexandria. They booked me in for the date I needed, turned up on the date, and the carpet is beautiful.

There was a misunderstanding about how the carpet in the cupboard was to be laid, and I was upset mostly due to being exhausted from home renovations! Rob (whom I had been dealing with in the office) and the guys who came out to do the job a) handled my tired self with care, and b) came out as soon as practicable and made the changes I requested. I thought it was client focused service.

Cant fault them. Helpful, knowledgeable and great price. Gave us great advice on colour selection and loaned us samples to take home and compare for ourselves. Once we made our decision the carpet layers were fast and professional.

Very disappointing service. Walked into the store not one staff member greeted me or in the 15 minutes I was in store spoke to or looked me at all. It seemed as though we were invisible - if you are looking for business this is not the way I would go about getting it. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Such a shame as I always think of the Choices brand as one of good quality and service.
