CHOICE PHARMACY VINCENTIA

I took my very injured and distressed child here (as the medical centre next door refused to look at him without an appointment). They went well above and beyond and bandaged up his injury and directed us to the nearest hospital. We couldn’t thank them enough. Whilst I waited there I noticed how clean and nicely laid out the store was. It is obviously well managed, and as we experienced, they take care of their customers. Thank you again.

The Pharmacist, Lachlan, and his staff provided excellent service and advice to us when we visited. We are really grateful for the kindness and help offered to my daughter who had a tick in her leg.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but I was shocked at the price of my script. $20 for generic which costs $7.95 in Chemist Warehouse. Only when I expressed my surprise at the cost did they mention that they could price-match. Why not just give the consumer the best price in the first place?

All the staff are so helpful and lovely. Have needed advice before and they always do everything they can to help. If the person you ask does not know, they will still make sure they find the answer. If you want to receive quality and friendly service go nowhere else.

The worker, I think her name was Hannah was so incredibly helpful with finding me the right things

The pharmacy is the most friendly I have been in for a long time. The staff are so helpful you have no worries about any problems you may have because there is always someone that can help you

I went into the Pharmacy to get some advise on how to pull a tick from my sons head, the staff were incredibly helpful, the Pharmacist came straight out and removed the tick immediately and really put my son at ease. Such a great experience, thanks to all the staff there!

Lovely pharmacy, the overall lay out of the store is easy to navigate and always has what I need. Without fail, every time I enter the pharmacy someone comes and greets me with a professional and knowledgeable attitude which makes my shopping experience a breeze among the rest of the centre. The pharmacist gets my scripts dispensed in a timely manner and has assisted me on numerous occasions where I needed advice on my medications. My go to pharmacy and would definitely recommend!

Priced way over the top. Regular medication in town. $8, at Choice Pharmacy $22. Panadol in town. $6, at Choice Pharmacy $12. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else.

Apart from the male pharmacists hairy crack he shows when he bends over - highly offensive to have to have this obscene view. You sell hair removal products for a reason mate! Quite concerning that your staff do not make you aware of this, as I find it rather embarrassing every time I visited your pharmacy.this is not discriminatory.it is something that should be remedied to look professional and not display a body part to the public in such a manner.

The staff are young, not very bright and not someone I would trust to dispense my scripts.
All one star reviews attest to the super expensive medications, bad service, and poor management overall.
Managements response to the reviews certainly haven’t done anything to remedy the overpricing, long delays in waiting for an overpriced script (has never been 10 min) in my personal experience. The staff are all tripping over each other in the dispensary, and nobody knows what the other one is doing. Poor communication. Staff don’t even know where to look for controlled drugs or to ask the pharmacist. Worst pharmacy I have EVER visited in my life!
Sadly, only pharmacy in the centre. Hopefully, a competitor moves in to give the community a real choice. Not just in the name “choice pharmacy”.

RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE TO MINE EARLIER
fact: the customer has frequented this pharmacy on limited occasions, because of proximity to my GP, and sometimes is more practical to attend there, despite their overpricing, poor communication, and unfriendly manner.the customer two days prior to attending on this occasion 5th October 2021, after attending her local GP in the marketplace, went to collect the order of the controlled drugs on the 7th October 2021, after calling the pharmacy in the morning to confirm if they had indeed received the order before I travelled to collect it.they confirmed that the medications had arrived.upon my arrival around 2-3 hours later, I politely asked the young pharmacy assistant behind the dispensary for my medications.her response was that my order for the controlled drugs had not yet arrived, and for suggested for me to try again in two days.this response, despite me calling earlier in the morning to confirm their readiness to be picked up and their confirmation that they had been delivered.

I started feeling quite upset with this response, particularly, given I am a cancer patient, and these controlled drugs are required for the management of my severe pain, that I needed urgently, and that I had not had supply of for one day.at no time was I rude, or engaged in abusive conduct towards Ali's staff. I never have been, and I take offense to be reported as being of such poor character.fact: it was Ali the pharmacist who sternly stated to me that he would not tolerate for me to abuse any of his staff, and asked me to leave the pharmacy and never to return again. I stated, I had no problem with never returning again, and that I rarely attend his pharmacy.however, I pointed out that I was not rude, neither was I abusive as purported by him and his female staffer - a blonde, bob haircut, female staffer grabbed my medications that were just paid for by myself and, and threw the bag in my face, and repeated the same as Ali the pharmacist that owns the pharmacy to leave and never to return.it is rather concerning, unethical and alarming behaviour for a pharmacist who just dispensed very heavy controlled medication for the treatment of my depression, anxiety and cancer, to engage so poorly toward me.that is, to be mistreated, humiliated, threatened in the manner he and his staff engaged in was namely, bullying, harassing, abusive and repugnant.
It was not necessary for Ali the pharmacist/owner to request the staff to call the police and security who manages the Aldi shop.he with his big fat belly was forcefully pushing out the door, and with his arm grabbing mine that has an injury with a tear to be escorted outside the shop.the police were called by both myself and Choicepharmacy, and to the Pharmacy Guild.
