Emergency buy, a nailcutter. A whopping 12 AUD. Went to Woolies next door, exactly the same brand, 6 AUD. Now, you may be the Winner of a whatever reward but a 100% difference is rediculous

We moved suburbs and still go here. Jess and Jas are so caring and helpful. They go out of their way to help us and it is so appreciated!

The service at national pharmacy is always quick, efficient, helpful and very friendly. Their prices are competitive and the shop is well set out.

Best Customer Service Ever! They didn’t have the medication in stock (shortage everywhere atm) and they actually started calling chemists around and finally found a chemist with stock. This will be my default chemist from now on!

This Pharmacy never gave any prescribed medicines. Had the worst experience ever. First they scan the barcode of your prescription, ask you to wait and then say sorry for the inconvenience we ran out of this medicine. This happened with us 3-4 times. Not joking. So give 0 star because we never get any medicines from this store.

Let me start off by saying all staff I have previously encountered have been absolutely lovely, they're always greeting me kindly and helping me with any inquiries I may have and I couldn'task for better service. However on my most recent visit there was an older lady Sharon with the short blonde hair who absolutely tainted my experience with this pharmacy. From the moment I spoke to her, she was horribly rude and then when I came back to pick up, she pretended like she didn't know why I was there which was odd seeing as how I was JUST speaking to her about my prescription a few minutes and there was only one or two other customers.

I provided her with my details AGAIN then she went on to blame me for leaving information out when she didn't even ask me for it in the first place, WHICH IS HER JOB. For the rest of our interaction she passive aggressively handled my me like I was bothering her when all I had done was smiled, been polite and requested my medication.

She was so obviously rude, I had to ask my partner to go back in and pick up my order because I didn't want to be treated like that. She's trash.

Choice Pharmacy has always gone above and beyond with their customer service and compassion towards their customers. All staff have been exceptionally caring and efficient in my many experiences with them, I’ve been going to choice pharmacy for 10 years and it’s the only one I’ll go to due to the consistent nature of staff, products and service. There are people I know who go out of their way and out of their suburb just to come to Choice in North Kellyville.

Absolutely wonderful staff here. Jas and the rest (apologies for not remembering all your names) have been nothing but kind, patient, and helpful. After having negative experiences at some other pharmacies in the Hills, I am sticking to Choice. Doing a wonderful service to the community and deserve much praise. Keep it up! Friendly Staff, love the loyalty program. Happy to order in any over the counter, or medicinal products you might require. Also happy to order in prescription medication they don't range if your a regular customer. Only thing they are missing is a compounding service, but you can get this done at Annagrove.

This is from May 2021. Amazing the pharmacist who serves you. Really customer oriented, and very decent, trying to find the best prices for me, answering questions, etc.

Excellent service, very polite, knowledgeable and fast service. Pharmacist and staff are very thorough and keen to help and I can't stress more about quick service. We do have another pharmacy closer to us but both my husband and I are happy to drive there as we are never disappointed.

Outstanding customer service. The Pharmacists have a wealth of knowledge & are really helpful. The store offers an awesome range of products too.

Always so helpful! I had a really bad toothache and needed to get a script ASAP but the Dentists were closed. My Dentist was able to email them a script from home and they did it over the phone. Can’t thank them enough
