Been using this service for the last 3 months and I haven’t had any issues, my items always arrived safely to the country i’m sending them to and the fees are reasonable. There may sometimes be a few delays but that’s just due to covid, airlines or even restrictions from the county you’re sending to. So I realised it has nothing to do with company, it’s just a matter of exercising some patience. Overall I’m happy with the service and will continue to use.

Chitra courier is absolutely great. I have used them several times and the service has been fantastic each and every time. I must say that Raunak is an absolute gem and always spares the time to have a valuable conversation with me which I greatly appreciate. I will continue to patronise them as they deliver every time (no pun intended)

Fed ex 4 stars but their sister company that delivers in Oz get 2stars. Didn't even bother picking up my call longest 45 min wait ever

This company has the worst customer service you could think of and they are very expensive 3 times more expensive than another very famous company. Now I can understand where the name chitra came from but it has to be written with S instead of C I rekon
