Chiropaedic

I’ve been going to Chiropaedic for more than 10 years now. Mainly for Chiro medicine but have also had massage, specific exercise sessions, and molecular testing to assist in overall health. The practice headed by my Chiro Viviene has always been accomodating to my busy schedule, responsive when I’ve had emergency back pain. I’d recommend the practice to anyone interested in a wholistic approach to back pain and overall health.

I went to Vivienne with a bulging desk in my upper back/neck I had pain in my upper left arm/bicep and pins and needles in 3 fingers as well. After an hour consultation I found her very thorough, she ask me many more detailed questions than my sports doctor who only spent around 40 min with me in 3 sessions.

Vivienne suggest a 12 week treatment plan twice a week. I was skeptical but after the 3rd session the pain and the pins and needles start to subside.

Now after 12 weeks I am pain free with no pins and needles.

I’m at the gym 4 times a week and I didn’t want to stop so Vivienne gave me a short term work out plan that work around my injury and now I’m back on my full training schedule.

What she has done is amazing to having pain while just setting in my chair to back fully training with no pain or discomfort I would fully recommend her.
