The Lady at the shop is so unfriendly and without me knowing she charged me with a second hand cap for $10! And she put that in my bag without asking me just found out when I reached home. They are so overpriced and this lady gets so frustrated when you ask questions! I didn’t have a good experience with this shop at all!

Such a great experience, came in looking to purchase a wig only to find out that I require a topper in stead. Your knowledge and understanding is truly appreciated and above my past experiences

Very poorly packaged product. The topper arrived in a plastic ziplock bag inside of a black Chiquel box. Normally Rachel Welch wigs come beautifully boxed but not this one. It made me question whether I had been sent a brand new wig or a used one. Not happy.

I have complete trust that the quality of the wigs from this store are exactly as their photos, this will be my fourth wig and I love each wig I have purchased, so I will continue to be a customer with them as their service is wonderful!

After going through a medical condition which I required a wig, such a calming and welcoming experience.made me and my mums day highly recommend

I purchased a wig from Chiquel Bondi this week and was attended by Tane. Tane has fantastic customer service and very empathetic (I was diagnosed with the big C). Tane listened to what type of wig I wish to have, he has an eye for what really suits a client. Very knowledgeable of the Chiquel products and wig ranges. As I wanted to look as normal as possible (before chemo claimed my beautiful hair) I ended up choosing a wig looking as I was before hair loss.

I recently purchased a wig from Tane at Chiquel in Bondi as I’m going through chemotherapy treatment which means I will lose my hair. From the moment I went into the store I just knew it was the right place. There were so so many options of beautiful synthetic and real hair wigs. Tane spent so much time with me showing me all the different styles of wigs and explaining to me the differences with synthetic vs real hair and even down to the type of cap the hair is attached to. He was extremely knowledgeable and what was even better is that he is a colourist so he knew what he could do to a wig to make it look even more real. Tane made me feel really comfortable. When I did purchase my real hair wig he put some colour in it and also then created different hair styles showing me how I could do it at home myself. He also spent time teaching me how to care for and wash my wig to keep it healthy. I am so happy with my purchase, it has made me feel really confident for when my hair does start to fall out. Thankyou so so much Tane, we loved our time spent with you choosing a wig!
