Went to Medihope Blacktown for remedial massage last eve. Instead of relaxation my muscles have started aching. Never happened before. The lady didn’t do right thing: (

Went for a 60 min foot massage. Used Groupon for the foot massage. Just entered the voucher code & no extras had to be paid. Had an amazing experience. The therapist is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

In my opinion they are crooks. I bought the groupon $29 deal. Then someone from MediHope Allied Health called and said that unless I have massage cover on my health insurance they won't do me a service. So basically they wanted to charge my health insurance unspecified $$ in addition to what I already paid on groupon. I got told to read fine-print, which by the way stated "Individuals with health fund massage cover can revitalise their bodies and minds during a one-hour massage, complemented with cupping". To me it doesn't sound as - individuals without health fund massage cover cannot use this deal. False advertising.

It's a shame they conduct business this way, as from other reviewes I read people like their massage service. I personally would never use the service where they treat you like that.

I Have great experience with Dr Yong helped me to loose weight, using herbs, acupuncture and massage. It's incredible how the body responds to these remedies.

I have been going to Medihope since June 2021 for injuries sustained in a MVA. Medihope made the CTP process convenient for me as they were able to claim the cost of Physiotherapy directly with the CTP insurer. The team at Medihope is professional, understanding and caring throughout my recovery journey - physiotherapist Cos is very experienced and developed a holistic recovery plan customised for me. Dr Yong Lu (TCM) is extremely knowledgeable and able to treat the root cause of body dysfunction utilising TCM herbs and acupuncture. Ava (massage therapist) is amazing and able to help the body relax and release any tension in the muscles. I noticed my mobility and pain has improved a lot ever since I started going to Medihope. Highly recommend this Allied Health practice for treatment of any health conditions, injuries claim through CTP or Workcover, remedial massage etc. The team will do their best to help.

I started his program 4 weeks back, really good, I lost 12 kgs of my body weight, my blood sugar is normal, BP normal. Staff very friendly and professional. I would rather lose weight than eating pills.

Yong is the epitome of what a good practitioner should be. He’s gentle, caring, professional, informational, and very patient. I have been seeing Yong for a few months doing acupuncture and taking herbs and I can feel the insides of my body changing for the better. Though everybody’s body is different, Yong says my body is a difficult one and my results comes out very different than his other patients due to my underlying health condition. However, he’s been very patient with me and trying to nurse my health back to normal and make sure its in good shape.

In a Western medicine standpoint, all my GP could do was take a series of blood tests and give me medications and hope that it’ll help. Yong is different because he tries to find the right organ (s) that is causing my health issue and find its acupoints or meridian channel, does acupuncture and let it assist my body to heal itself and teaches me the acupressure points to do at home. If you follow his advice and directions and take the herbs correctly while being very patient with yourself, you will notice your body will change for the better. I highly recommend Yong and his team.

This clinic is absolutley fantastic.i have been going for 4 weeks with a multitude of problems that i had not made any progress with. Yong has used herbs and acupuncture from day one the difference was incredible, i feel like a different person have lost over 12 kg's but am able to breath better and move so much more.he has such understanding, insight and compassion and a wealth of knowledge. This is one place i could not recommend high enough.
