We had to change the zoning arrangement for Ducted Reverse Cycle System, installed by previous owners 5 years ago. Chill-Rite team (office and site) did a very good professional work by updating our system incorporating up to date technical improvements. We will highly recommend the team.

We have recently had a Ducted reversal cycle system installed. Staff was very professional and was installed in a timely manner. Only complaint is the system is too good and we are having to turn it off.

We had a Roof evap. A/C system replaced. The pricing was very good, the service from Brett at the Dubbo office was excellent and the installation guys were mind blowing super amazing. We experienced a complex warranty problem with our ducted Daikin air conditioner. The problem took some time to be resolved, but Chill-rite persisted and identified the faulty component circuit board, but unfortunately it was not readily available so they negotiated a replacement system. The communication was good, and all employees were professional, punctual, respectful and took good care of our house. I would recommend their services.
