Horrible, just flat out horrible.
Joked about my suicide thoughts, had no idea what questions to ask, were just very moody and forget about basically everything they needed to ask and was just saying questions out of their head but since it was a 'Friday afternoon' it was fine? And they just laugh it off forgetting that a suicidal person is in the same room as them and needed help, but no let's just joke about it like it isn't serious or anything like that, shall we?
Hire people who know how to do their job, instead of hiring people who think asking a child about their suicide is something that can be laughed about.

Turned my depressed, anxious, suicidal child who is at risk of self harm away. Absolutely disgraceful. So disappointed

Very unimpressed with the choose of words used by staff when asked questions to a 15 year old who has come in with suicidal thoughts, self harm body image and previous attempt. Lady asked my daughter has she always been a bigger girl? ! This is not necessary at all and was also judged for eating when asked what she was doing for her birthday the lady said oh eating. You really need better trained staff and watch the things you say as my daughter came out worse off than when she came in crying.

I was directed to camhs a few times during high school and they were horrible. My second suicide attempt I was sent to hospital and a nurse from camhs was sent to me. She told me that I was making everything up and that her problems were worse than mine. She told me that I should just 'get over it' or else I'll be sent to the 'psych ward where all the crazies are kept'. My mental health obviously got even worse after this. They are horrible:)

Cahms staff was nice enough but the whole program was a let down and achieved nothing in finding help. They say they offer many services but can’t list them and won’t provide any information. Complete waste of time.

I didn’t learn anything about coping mechanisms and ways to deal with my anxiety/depression/ptsd.
Honestly, a waste of time.staff were pretty good

Incredible staff, helped me personally. I left with a bunch of good knowledge about mental health and techniques to help against certain issues. You all are awesome Thank you:)
