Most unorganised real estate Ive ever dealt with in my life.

They are trying to charge a weeks worth of rent that I do not owe, for their lack of incompetence and organisation even though I provided 14 days notice as per the sale of property agreement.

Extremely unprofessional and hard to get hold of. I had there staff in the past express how they would smoke marijuana in the neighbourhood on their breaks.

Also, not to mention, they have a bad reputation of ripping people off and overcharging people. I would not suggest renting with this unprofessional agency.

I will happily see them in court with all my sufficient evidence.

What a great place chidiac was. My partner and I were looking for a property to rent in Wentworth point.

Every person I interacted with from Chidiac's team was an absolute legend start to finish. BIG thanks to Hayden, Mina and Ben.

I would like to say thank you to Raymond. Communication with him is super easy and efficient, he always plans ahead and gives everyone sufficient time so we don't need to worry any issues about our property. He is friendly, honest and efficient. I would highly recommend him to be your property manager.

Extremely unresponsive, unprofessional real estate agency. We had to struggle a lot to arrange repair activity in our unit. It took 5 months to repair an urgent leakage and took 7 months to fix a good number of other issues. Though in Condition report we noted about pest presence in the unit but throughout our 1 year of stay they did not arrange any pest control. We have requested multiple times. The property managers were extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. Though they took 7 months to fix problems but they were very active to charge us dishonor fee. Only once the direct debit did not go through due to some issue and they charged that dishonor fee on the very next day. So basically they were not busy to take care of the issues we raised, rather they were unprofessional.
I will not recommend then to any prospective tenant. I would have goven negative star if there is any options.
