Love this spa and massage. My wife a nd i regularly visit the staff are kind and attentive. Do let them know if you need work on a certain area of you body i.e neck upper or lowerback, thigh etc. They alao offer after massage tea and chocolates which are good and help in the recovery.

The best massage place in the inner west!
I have been going here for massages for about 5 years now and have never had a bad massage. They’re reasonably priced, but particularly for the service they provide, which is absolutely stellar. I have them to thank for ridding me of many a knot!

Very warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere. Great service and great traditional Thai massage delivered with expertise.

The massages are always great but there was someone in the next cubicle that kept talking which makes it a bit not relaxing. The only thing is that you can hear the road noise whilst getting a massage and the person in the next cubicle.

Very professional qualified staff go beyond to make you feel comfortable with a tea and mint to relax after your treatment. I highly recommend them.

I love getting massages here. It's relaxing and beautifully presented, but still reasonably priced. They accept private healthcare cards and they give you a lovely cup of tea and chocolate afterwards! I find the type of massage I get depends on the person. They have different techniques but are all good. I think the key is to be very clear about how hard you'd like them to go.

The staff here are so wonderful and attentive. I was greeted and asked if I would like water or some hot tea, which they again offered at the end of the service with a chocolate.
The massage itself was so great, they really know how to relax the body. I walked out of there feeling brand new and relaxed. And the prices are so so reasonable! Great place, will be back again regularly.

Multiple visits but no sign of improvements, therapist adds unnecessary chiropractic adjustments that cause more problems than alleviate pain. Definitely will not recommended going here if you have injuries or back problems may make condition worse. Furthermore, none helpful receptionist unable to find files for re-visiting clients. The price does not match the quality. Workers are sick too, I contracted covid like symptoms after visiting. Be weary.

Thai massage for the win. They kneel on you and it’s great. I go at least once per month. Sometimes once per week.

Highly do not recommend to everyone.
I've been here a few times which is ok.but recently continual two times, the therapist were just touching in to my skin. It's feels like the therapist doesn't training properly.if the therapist professional to understand where is acupoint, if you ask more pressure you will feel painful but the sore will definitely improve for sure. But at chiang mai you only feel painful and the sore situation more severe.
Either too soft feel nothing, or more pressure with hurt only.
I told my feedback to the front staff, the response is keep silence. What a terrible customer service! These are the worst massage experience I've ever had.
There is no third chance to give them treat my body unprofessional.

Poor massage quality.
Been having our monthly massage here for more than 2 years, today was terrible, the therapist is just touching/rubbing/sliding on to my skin. It feels like the therapist doesnt know what he is doing. I even ask if he can put more pressure but no improvement at all till finish. Told the front office girl about this so they can improve the service. Now researching for a new place to have our next montly massage.
