I often stop by for a 10-minute massage for just $10, fixes me up for the day. Friendly staff and great technique.

I recently visited Chi Link Massage at Chadswood for a one-hour foot massage, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to share my disappointment to ensure others are aware of my encounter.

Firstly, during the massage, the therapist was consistently distracted by her phone. I could clearly see her playing with her phone while giving me the massage, which made me question her level of professionalism and dedication to providing a quality service.

To make matters worse, at one point during the session, the therapist left the room for a chit chat that lasted for over 10 minutes. This was highly unprofessional and disrespectful of both my time and the service I had paid for. It completely interrupted the flow of the massage and left me feeling frustrated and neglected.

Furthermore, when it came time to pay, I was astonished to discover that the price was not based on what we had chosen from the menu. Instead, it seemed to be arbitrarily determined based on the pressure applied during the massage. This lack of transparency and inconsistency in pricing was highly disappointing and left me feeling taken advantage of as a customer.

Lastly, throughout the entire massage, the therapist failed to provide the desired level of pressure. Despite expressing my preference for a firmer massage at the beginning, she consistently applied minimal pressure, leading to a lackluster experience. It felt as though she was simply going through the motions without any regard for my comfort or satisfaction.

Overall, my visit to Chadswood Chi Link Massage was a regrettable one. The therapist's negligence, excessive phone use, prolonged absence, unfair pricing, and subpar pressure left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope that management takes note of these issues and takes appropriate measures to improve the quality of service for future customers

Wanted a strong / deep tissue massage on my forearms, so i decided to give this place a try.

Tina was my masseuse and her technique is fantastic. I'd recommend Tina if you're looking for a strong & deep tissue massage.

We came by on a weekday arvo it was really packed so we came again a bit later.

Two of us were seated (not together because all the other chairs were occupied), asked for foot massage. But soon after there was another customer coming in with her daughter and a dog, even tho there was no more seats left, the woman just sat on my friend's foot rest ottoman while my friend was having her feet soaked! The staff didn't stop her, maybe she's a regular customer, they were non stop chit-chating. Playing with the dog. Very unprofessional and distracted. The amount of time they just pause on massaging us to talk to other people is just rediculous!

My foot massage started off good, with strong pressure and the masseur checked on me if the pressure was enough. But he started to relax and go easy on the other feet, much less pressure when massaging and kept on getting distracted and talking /playing with the dog.

Overall was a bad experience. And too expensive for what you get. Will not return.

*update* I was contacted promptly by the admin team and got given a refund.

Only if the actual masseur was doing their job right from the beginning. Things cannot be undone unfortunately. They need to hire actual real professional masseur to change the work culture.

Amazing service I had a headache, neck and back ache when i came in and it completely disappeared after my session with Thomas. He is extremely experienced.

The masseur named Magic gave a deep tissue therapeutic treatment. Great penetration force on many pain points on my back which was tailored to address the tension and stiff muscle.

I was also impressed by the attention to detail that Magic took to cover body parts as varied as neck, waist and calf, totally different hand techniques were deployed to alleviate the soreness.

Overall, I can't recommend Magics treatment highly enough. Will make the visit a regular thing from now on

Listen to the reviews and don’t come here. Not worth it - our massages were interrupted every few seconds and they went up to talk to customers etc. They kept taking customers even though they were busy so there was a lot of noise and waiting around

I had a couple massages yesterday with my husband. It was worst experience ever I’ve met. Staff name is Tina who manager in there. She start 10 mins late I booking time even it was couple massage.and then in and out more than five times. She keep talking with customers when she was out and when she was in she was talking with other staff. And then suddenly changed masseur man staff so I really uncomfortable because there is no any notice and confirmation.so I said that it was uncomfortable.many things confused can’t relaxing.it was terrible experience.she was very untrained customer services.what a waste my money. She doing her job without her soul and mind.very poor skill as well.waster money waste time.
I really want to report ombudsman there shop and manage management.it was not remedial massage and services. She was talking to other staffs for and in and out of the massage room. I would NOT come back to this place. I strongly not recommend this massage shop.

Worst experience. We booked an appointment for 1: 30, I was sent to the massage room and wait on the massage bed for 15mins, then the Masseur arrived. She was talking to other staffs for 15mins and in and out of the massage room. I asked her that I would like to have a quiet massage. She asked another masseur to come in. The 2nd half the massage was more normal massage should be. I wouldn’t come back to this place. I would recommend Wang’s massage next to Aldi. It was not relaxing.

Worst reflexology I’ve ever had. The ‘therapist’ was falling asleep throughout and to top it off when I told the manager it was terrible I just got a shoulder shrug. Don’t waste your hard earned $$

They don’t even deserve one star. The massage was really really unprofessional. I never ever got this bad massage. She was just rubbing my skin with oil. How they are still running is a mystery.

Had an appointment at 3 for 60 mins massage. In spite of reaching the place at 2: 50, I had to wait till 3.20. The lady who started the massage was continuously on phone and left in between. Then another person came and he didn't appears to be a professional masseur at all. After sometime the lady came back, again attending to calls in between. Stopped the massage after 40 mins (exactly at 4). On top of all, the place was so noisy with constant talking and people coming into the room to speak to the lady.
Worst experience ever and will not recommend this place at all!

We called to make a booking but communication was poor. When I was confirming every detail with the guy on the phone, he dismissive that I'm clarifying our booking details and he hang up on me.

My back is more sore from sitting to get a neck massage that consisted of being stabbed by a weak handed unskilled man would not recommend

Normally I get reflexology there which has always been good, however I got a full body massage there last week (7.30 5/3/21) and the whole experience was very unpleasant, the guy was creepy and stood too close to me pressing his body on mine. He didn’t listen to the type of massage I wanted and rubbed me so incredibly hard that today I am bruised and literally swollen. He also touched me inappropriately on the butt during the massage and I felt uncomfortable to say anything. He also overcharged me. Really displeased.

Good range of services at reasonable prices. Massage and service was great and I will be back. Recommended!

Excellent remedial massage. Great technique, correct pressure and knowledge of shoulder and neck muscle groups. Easily accessible, upstairs from Aldi in Chatswood Westfield. Highly recommended! Will definitely be back. Many thanks.

They have a very clean and pleasant environment. The workers are extremely friendly and they are highly professional. The massage was of good quality and I had good communications with the receptionist and the workers. I felt exceptional after the massage and will definitely return soon.
