Wandered around the place a few days ago - only had a few items and prices confusing plus no one to be seen in landscape supplies.l looked at bags of mulch while staff were moving bags of it around -neither looked at me or offered help! Phoned up later to see if I could get pricing and felt like I was interrupting something more important and was of no interest/ no help offered. Just answered questions to the bare minimum. Cannot recommend

What a hidden gem of a place! Heaps to choose from that is different and the staff are helpful. Worth the trip.

After going to several nurseries and getting ignored we went into Cherry Road and the service was exceptional. Vicky helped plan out our space and recommended some awesome plants to really suit our space. Our go to for all things gardening!

Very good selection of plants and very good condition too. Price was very reasonable. Had coffee in the cafe which was very pleasant

I highly recommend going to this nursery, the quality of the stock is impeccable, and the staff are definitely amongst the friendliest, most approachable in the world. Do yourselves a favour and head straight here, I promise you won't regret it!

What a disappointment, 1st time in this nursery today hoping to have a wander and coffee. But gentlemen at the front counter did not acknowledge us, with a hello ladies? Or a smile nothing.walking around the store. I said, to my daughter so rude. I won't be having a coffee. Went out to the plants wandered all around. 1 lady said hello. Went back inside, walked to the counter the man was talking to a lady, still no acknowledgement, the lady who said hello out the back, didn't acknowledge us either, my daughter put her purchases on the counter, still no can I help you, I was about to say to my daughter don't waste your money in here, the woman then says oh just those, well yes, why else are we standing here looking at you both ignoring us. Will not be back, and will certainly be telling people not to bother going there. No warmth or friendliness not welcoming at all.

Many beautiful, fresh plants and pots to choose, with reasonable prices. Plants are so fresh.
Very nice and alive garden with super friendly staff, so happy to found this nursery.
It was a bit far but definitely worth the drive, will come back again.

My friend and I went to Cherry Road Nursery last week after a very important plant for a specific spot (for a dear lady who had just passed away’s memorial) and they were so very helpful and took the time with us we needed. We also had lunch in the Cafe and it was just lovely.
