Today, i visited my local Chemist Warehouse and experienced poor service from two of your employees: Israla Hamid Chaloub Ali and Yasmin Jawad. I had to wait for over 45 minutes which was ridiculous itself. They did not even acknowledge my presence and continued serving those who came before me due to their race being Arab and continued ignored those, like me who were South Asian. When i simply asked to get my medicine, one of them rudely replied with “can’t you see we are busy? ”.

This hasn’t only been for one occasion. I’ve experienced poor treatments like this a few times in the past couple months from one of those two employees, the wider one. Please do better with your staff members and their discriminatory behaviour against people.

The worst place to go, unfortunately, the worst customer service rude lady, rushing me but the problem was the machine and not me.

I always have a difficult time at Chemist Warehouse in Punchbowl, except when Brian is there, he's very nice and will try his best the others they don't seem to understand how difficult my life already is due to my Chronic progressive illness MS I'm disabled and walk with a walker, can't drive anymore, and always call the day before to order my monthly medications to make it easier for myself without the endless waiting. They never check their Emails so they can't find 2 of my Scripts that my GP has sent them, this happens often. And they never pick up the phone, no matter what time morning noon or night, they close at 10pm as stated on their website but no answer and when they finally do they tell you that they'll call you back but they don't. I have to pick my meds tomorrow by getting a lift and I still don't know if they'll be available or ready. NO DUTY OF CARE.

Very bad customer service. They just serve only to specific background people. Need prescription medicine but they were sending me to other counter and he said the previous person supposed to serve you. Poor management really disgusting.

They do not empathize with the client. They do not communicate when a product cannot be changed and they do not refund the amount either. One of the managers is very rude. I used to buy most of my products there, but from now on I never buy there, nor do I recommend this shop to anyone. In order to earn money they do anything.

They don't do anything for me. Light sedation nothing to help Sleep spent 30 $ thinkijg I try natural method unfortunately prescription drugs work but aide. Effects are real

Love chemist warehouse, however this one is quite right on space. If u did the woolies shopping and have the trolley would be quite an effort getting around instore

3 lady Staff members are useless asked for a product which I was told to look at between aisles 5 to 7 they don't even know there products are all 3 should be retrained with better knowledge of the store took me 20 mins found the product on the wall on the other side of the store! %

Not even deserve 1 star. What a scam from the company and wasted of time. Set out a price match and 10% price beat policy but the staff and manager refused to do the price beat.

The name says it all Warehouse. This means that there will be an element of self service required. I don't mind it if those prices continue to remain low. Brian the pharmacist is my fav.

One of the pharmacists is really rude - possibly the owner? Guy in his 30s, sides of head shaved. Was wearing a t-shirt instead of a uniform and wasn't wearing a mask.

There's no system for lining up to pick up or drop off scripts - everyone just goes to the main counter.

Store is very cramped

Usually very standard service, nothing special. But when I went in just recently, the stout woman with the very short hair was very rude and unhelpful not just to myself, but to an elderly woman as well. Very condescending and bad customer service from this lady. The younger staff are always very nice though.

I needed a prescription urgently and other pharmacies were out of stock. I was able to find it here. Thank you.

Very professional service with friendly behaviour from the Chemist Paula and Tabitha. Always helpful and find the best product for the consumer.

The worst service. The ladies have no common courtesy to their customers whatsoever. Complete disregard and show no manners at all. Not to mention the chaotic state the place is in, tripping over boxes.

Worst customer service ever. Went in to get a few things for our baby since my online order is delayed. Checked online before heading in they were showing up to have stock and as usual no stock available. No help whatsoever from the clueless girl working tonight she run away to hide when I asked her a question. Pathetic
