Chemist Warehouse Penrith Distribution Centre

Pharmacist asked me so many unnecessary questions before handing over my prescribed medications, I have been using them for a long time (and have purchased from there before) so I don’t need to be given the third degree in front of other customers who are waiting to be served. Felt very violated and even my husband thought it was a bit much, no care for customer privacy. Staff at the register were preoccupied with conversing amongst themselves instead of serving people waiting in line. Layout of this store is so claustrophobic and cluttered, I know Chemist Warehouse stores generally are, but this one is the worst I’ve experienced. Highly recommend going somewhere else, I’d happily pay more to not have to experience this again.

Horrible. Manager of shop is rude. They wouldn’t honour a special price for a product. The special price tag was still on the product but hadn’t been taken down. But was told that the price was back to the original price. You need a new manager that is customer focused!

I cannot recommend this business highly enough. The pharmacy staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and helpful. Their compassion and manner is beyond compare, good people doing a great job, as well as this, their prices are on average half what I was paying at my previous pharmacy.

This business is disgusting. They physically push their employees around and speak to them in the most appalling manner. No respect for their workers or their customers

Usually much cheaper than other chemists.

Trade off is cramped aisles and long wait times.

Great prices for all your health needs. Great for perfume gifts. Scripts available friendly and helpful staff

Asked for a bag and it was a bit too much for the young lady. My transaction had already gone through and she said “ i don’t think the 10c charge will work” it went through and she just passed me the bag. I’ve worked for chemist warehouse and this is poor customer service!

Situated towards the back of the shopping centre. The isles were very narrow compared to other stores I'd been to.
