Alyssa T served me at the pharmacy. She patiently answered all of my pedantic questions and requests about skincare. She even gave me a sample of the item they had run out of that I wanted to try! Very pleasant experience. I will be coming back.

Looks like this shop changed owner recently.a bunch extreme rude Staff. CSI index i would give 0.i been to CW all over Sydney.and been warmly served.until i met the one male Asian face staff in this shop at perfume section OMG.after I try have close look the sample pack. He just snatched the bottle from me and locked it in the cabinet and walked away without saying a word. By the way he has a look of disgust on his “pretty"face. Could it be that the boss assigned him to the wrong counter.the management of this shop should know who he is.i would rather travel to parramatta even i live in Newtown.

Extremely slow service. Waited for about 15 minutes for a single tablet with one other person waiting. To fight boredom I simply started reading the names of various products. I missed my name being called out and after another 10 minutes of waiting I had to ask at the counter if my prescription was ready.

When I asked that it would be good if they called more than once, the pharmacist, Shushma, said that "we have a job to do". I am no longer sure what their primary job is if not dispensing prescriptions.

How is it that this store is ALWAYS packed with people that you’ve had to extend the size of this store and there’s only one person serving on the register? I’m always waiting in line in the longest que on king street. You guys need to fix this issue that shouldn’t be an issue to begin with.

Big thank you to the pharmacist and staff at Newtown chemist warehouse. I ran out of fertility medication and by the time I managed to locate some the chemist was going to be shut soon and the pharmacist kept the doors open. Thank you for your kindness and compassion.

There is a decent range of items ranging from medicinal, personal care, baby and infant products, make-up, perfume and scents and hair care. The aisles are a bit cramed and the waiting area for the pharmacy is a little bit cramped as well. The prices are really excellent though.

I recently visited the new, larger store in Newtown. The staff were too busy joking around, chatting and laughing with one another to show any interest in offering an actual customer some service. After making my purchase and heading to the exit, the security guard grunted 'bag' at me.no smile, no 'please' and no 'thank you', so I reluctantly opened my bag for him to inspect. Beyond rude and completely unnecessary. Common courtesy costs nothing. Lift your game.

4 staffs on duty, 3 customer waiting in a line. I was the first to be attended, no one before me. It took 35min to have my medicine in hands.
Really really bad service

The staffs are really helping, they usually helping me to search heaps of products that I need to buy. I don't get with people commenting about the cramped and narrow aisle, surely y'all haven't been to chemist warehouse in the city like haymarket or george street. Also there's a construction progress in the next building, so it's reasonable why the store are a bit smaller than before

Every single time I come here the pharmacists are incredibly slow. Waiting in the queue for 15mins before they serve you, don’t seem to be doing anything behind the counter, and tell you it’ll take at least 10mins to get the prescription once you are finally served.

It should not take that long to get the medication and process it. Never go here if you expect a speedy service.

Most Chemist Warehouse places have the same set up. I had no problem finding what I wanted. There was a security guard on the door and staff were helpful, the place was tidy.don't get the rude comments.

Terrible customer service. I purchased a set of baby bottles, but it was not compatible with my existing ones. I returned the sealed pack 8 days later with receipt to exchange for the correct ones, but they refused to exchange as it was 1 day over their 7 day period. They would not make an exception. I wasn't even asking for a refund. They also had no managers in store to speak to, at 11.30am on a weekday. Disgrace.

Unfortunately l could not find a phone number for this particular store as l wanted to phone in advance to see if they had a product

Other then it being too small and over crowded it's a fantastic place staff are great just hope they will make more room for people to move around

The store seems fine with plenty of good products, but I should have been informed about the Sukin facial mask i bought which burnt my skin.and the makers love money more than beauty and health.

This is a large store with a good selection of products. One of the biggest chemist warehouse stores in the surrounding area and open for the longest hours. The store isn't usually crowded and is close to public transport.

Was awesome when the security guard asked me to leave because I was taking too long to choose an aftershave.

Fantastic help from Isabelle, Called store at 8.48pm for a special, and out of stock in newtown, Isabells customers service was excellent as she did a store search and marrickville had lots in stock, an excellent staff member whom demonstrate what good service should be, looks like this company is in good hands - well done Isabelle

It always looks quite messy. Boxes dumped all through the really narrow aisles. Staff always seem to be in the aisles blocking access to the shelves. Frequently only one staff member at the cashier with a huge line down the aisles and they don't call for more people. I've also noticed a strong sewage smell the past few months that I have been to the store. I don't know why this would be ongoing for so long without being fixed. I think this must have been what attracted the rats that have been sighted here. Unless there was some sewage leak that the rats came out of.
