Chemist Warehouse Lakemba

I bought a parfum from lakemba chemist warehouse, and when I asked the employee if it was original because of the cheap price, and I went to pay for it, she rudely made me wait to confirm, according to her claim, whether the voucher that I paid with was fake! Even though I was there a day before and I left without any comment or problem, the rudeness lies in the fact that the employee wanted to make a fool of me because I asked her about the parfum. She does not know the customer rules as long as I asked her politely, and it is my right to ask, and she does not have the right to make me wait to confirm the voucher that she can verify by simply scanning it
rude employee and unprofessional.

Very rude staff. Went there to get my documents attested For my nursing registration but the staff openly lied to me. Because i had one of the document attested from the same place.
And she said they don’t do it here.
What a shame to stop a community server.

They claimed to not have special pain relief medication for cancer patients when other pharmacies knew that you have it in stock or can easily order it in for the next day. My message to the pharmacist is please do not make disgusting assumptions about people - what if you needed this medication for cancer pain for one of your loved ones? I will make sure to just get it from the oncology pharmacy in future but I am disappointed by the lack of compassion for human pain.

Miha was very knowledgeable explaining to me how to the fragrances alcohol/oil ratio is divided between the 3 tiers of edt, edp and parfum, thank you chemist warehouse for hiring a professional personnel like Miha.

Very nice service by afroze he offered me tea while i was browsing and made me feel very comfortable, tea was fantasic!

I was served by lovely lady nour on Tuesday and she very helpful. She make sure I left the shop haply and helped me with my medication and vitamins. Keep it up

Always the worst service from both pharmacist and other staff.they all have a bad attitude.just go to any other chemist warehouse besides this one

This is my first time of writing review about a store in Australia. CHEMIST WAREHOUSE HEADQUARTERS please do something about the female staffs in this particular store (Lakemba).
Two weeks ago I witnessed a man yelling at a lady in counter because of how they treated him.
What I wanted today was Cerelac and Body wash for my baby. I was able to get only cerelac because the body wash section was unreachable due to laders placed everywhere.
I approached one of the female staffs to remove some of those ladders because all customers seems to be scared of them (AWFUL).
Her attitude towards me was unacceptable.

What is the Covid19 effect? Physically and mentally? Huge!

But as a side effect you have to bother some incompetent people who does not deserve to be in that position. I believe these people still doing their job because of pandemic and shortage of employee.
The pharmacist there are real gentleman. No complain. But the front.unbelievable! The doctor practicing next door does not have that much attitude that those front girl have in that store.

Take my advice do not go there if you don't look good and rich. Otherwise that middle eastern lady I deal with could give you a nightmare that ll hunt you whole life.

Their product range is good. Every other thing is fine but customer service. Horrible terrible.

Amazing over the phone service with Bisma in prescription section. Helped with great service product knowledge and purchase of my online pres ription. Also her colleagues front desk Fadela and laila prescription friendly efficient!

Ordered for Click and Collect, and prepared the wrong product. Waste of time travelling to the area.

I am disappointed to say that one employee has sullied my perception of this store. You would think the role of simply dispensing medication would not be too complex but with the added responsibility of responding to store emails it is clearly too difficult for some pharmacists to juggle. For this pharmacist, I would recommend seeking alternative employment one that ideally includes a year of customer service training.

It's the best chemest warehouse in Sydney, very friendly and helpful staff and pharmacist and they have wide range of so many things, HALAL options, vegan options and vegetarian options

This is our local Chemist Warehouse branch and usually they've been pretty reasonable with customer service.

However, today we went and when my senior mother asked one of the staff who was on the floor a question, the customer service person reacted in an impatient, bothered fashion and basically shooed my mother away with a dismissive attitude.

When i stepped in after witnessing this, all of a sudden this lady changed her tune and decided to go in search of my mother's query.

How would she like it if it was her senior mother or family member who required assistance and the customer service staff spoke to and treated her mother like this? A display of complete lack of empathy and basic decency and politeness.

This ultimately comes down to management because if you were running a tight ship and everyone was on board, this wouldn't and shouldn't happen.

Lost my prescriptions and when I told them they got offended and refused to give me medicine and became aggressive.one woman with glasses and another filling up medicines around 2: 50 pm on 22 March 2022. I have decided to boycott all rude lebo shops in lakemba and make sure you do too. 5% of lebs are good 95% of them are rude and arrogant.not even 0.001 % of manners of Nabi SAW.boycott all of them

One of the best chemist warehouse I have ever visited. They are open until late and staff are really friendly. Recently I had a very wonderful experience with them while I was visiting to buy a perfume.

Best chemist warehouse ever! Such a lovely respectfull staff that always are ready to help. My baby has fallen asleep many times in the car and they bought me the stuff to the car.with a smile on their face. Awsome chemist and Beautiful staff!

Poor service, chemist on phone with family. Totally unprofessional behaviour. Lack of assistance.
