Chemist Warehouse Lake Macquarie Fair

Staff are so rude! Everything that was asked was an issue with things as simple as “can I please smell this perfume”, “Do you sell this” or even checking out the sales. Had very minimal testers when it came to perfume. Extremely rude and disrespectful. Clearly didn’t want to be there and made not only myself and my mum but others in the store purchasing things feel uncomfortable. Not happy!
Service was terrible n I will not be coming back to this store. Staff need to learn some customer service skills, respect, manners and when a customer asks something it’s their job so do it properly!

What grubs.

I've required pharmacy services for various reasons, both accidental and/or long term prescription based for 20 years, and in maybe 15 countries when considerate of over the counter transactions.

This store has sweaty, pimply faced, unshaven Aussie bogans asserting their very limited power EVERY time they can.

My reasoning, AGAIN, after having experienced this in THE SAME STORE maybe 4 years ago, they refuse to supply a basic script (to be specific a LONG TERM repeat blood pressure med), citing that they want me to have my current bottle empty first> as they they must think everyone wants to drive to their store only on the last day of their required medication, to humbly kneel before them to 'possibly' be deemed worthy enough for a refill.

The meds may be working as I didn't think to swat this dweeb across the mat (slang Vietnamese for face, but pronounced appropriate to situation.mut), until a few steps away from counter.

Same deal.drive up the road to Charlestown Chemist Warehouse and same script filled with no issues, not a blink of eye, politely, and with no stupid interrogation, 1x, 2x, 3x supply.no issue.

There's something wrong under the Mt Hutton roof to have had this SAME experience randomly, and only ever in their store, over some years.

Dirty, unshaven, arrogant, maybe 25-30yr old, with stained white coat treating you like a junkie pill-mixer when trying to get daily blood pressure pills?

Use them for what they are, but certainly they are not there to kindly assist you.

Returned a lip pencil because I noticed it had been opened, hygiene reasons, I just wanted to replace but was told security cameras said they were all sealed, I was in fact told I was lying, IT WAS UNSEALED. The worst PR from a manager I have ever seen, I was not scamming, I just wanted it replaced, they would not have been out of pocket, Lake Macquarie Fair Mt Hutton learn to respect your customers.

Always made to feel like it is a chore to serve you. Dispensary staff very unfriendly and interrogate you for basic enquiries. Service staff very young and inexperienced, more mature staff make you feel very uncomfortable in the store. I avoid it if I have other options.
