Chemist Warehouse Fairfield NSW

Very slow to process Click & Collect. Had to cancel order and buy in person. Staff are assistive but the store is full of Romeos so watch out.

Gotta give props to Lida, she absolutely knocked it out of the park with her perfume taste. Came in to just have a look and ended up buying to gift boxes of perfumes.

Went in to pick up my click and collect order whilst waiting at the checkout I watched three young blokes behind the counter more concerned about talking about their weekend plans rather than actually doing there job and once they finsihed their chat two of them walked out from behind the counter wirh what looked like bags of lollies. I think the managers on duty may want to advise their staff that their weekend plans are less of a concern whilst they are actually meant to be working.

Staff was very helpful in finding certain products. The car oark is bit of a pain though where slots are not clear and have potholes.

The guys here are always helpful from my experience, especially the Pharmacy department. Would come here over Liverpool’s one.

Very hardworking staff even when short staffed. Definitely need more people at the registers to help out the ones on the floor - I’ve seen them run up and down so many times poor thing. This old security guard is abit too much sometimes lol but I guess it’s okay if you’re not doing anything wrong.
This chemist always have what I want, best prices and the pharmacy has such a nice vibe. Love coming here when I’m in the area

Just like all other Chemist Warehouse. I really don't like the customer parking that they have. There are too many potholes and not enough for car spaces. Now I just street park whenever I come here.

Big thanks to the pharmacist Timothy for helping out my mum with making multiple official pharmacy receipts! I know that the pharmacy is really busy and it’s not the top priority of the pharmacist. It is really appreciated! Keep up the good customer service

Excellent online services & on demand delivery services - can amend the checkout section to leave a note for the store/driver/delivery person. Either than that was a great experience. Thank you

Excellent service from the only pharmacist on duty tonight for sorting out the RAT test for international travel. He was really busy but managed to get it sorted quickly. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you so much and appreciate it

Waited 30 mins to be served in perfume section and nobody ever came. After about 15 mins waiting I flagged down a staff member who did not help me, but let me know they informed someone to come to the perfume section (didn't happen)

My dead grandma fills a prescription faster then these people. 30 minutes. What are they doing, making the medicine?

Waited over 55 minutes yesterday just to get a script filled (3 common medications). One of the staff got rather antsy when I complained after 40 minutes. Not sure why as I was pleasant enough, unlike a guy in the queue before me who was yelling obscenities as staff tried to give his medication to another person. Do yourself a favour and go to one of the many other pharmacies within a few minutes' walk. It might cost you slightly more financially but your time won't be wasted unnecessarily.

Some of the staff are very rude and the security is disrespectful. I will never go to Fairfield chemist werehouse. By the way they deserve zero star but I am not allowed to post my comment if I didn’t give star.

I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for help. I’ve asked 2 people and they keep saying they’ll get back to me but nothing. You would think being heavily pregnant people would be more helpful

Excellent customer service and an extensive range of products. The pharmacist Cam was very professional in giving me guidance on hair loss products. Alan was very friendly and charming (fathers lock up your daughters around this one). I will be back~~

Really disappointed in this store. Please update your stock information. Staff were really rude and unhelpful when asked about the products.
