Misleading information on prices, long wait, staff doesn’t know what they’re doing and selling. Disappointing

Don't go here unless you want to wait 45minutes for a prescription.
I didn't even get a text message (like I normally do at other chemist warehouses) and no apology either.
I also had to wait an extra 15minutes to pay for my items. The lines were huge and staff that were available were clearly dodging being on the register.
Having 1 person on the register during peak hour is ridiculous.

Normally staff here are wonderful, but this was such a terrible experience that I won't be coming back.

Phoned ahead to see if they had 3 boxes of my medication in stock. Was told by chemist warehouse brookvale that they dee why had 7 boxes in stock. Was told over the phone by the? Pharmacy assistant that they could only put one box aside for me and it would be up to the pharmacist if they would dispense my whole prescription despite it being a valid prescription. I found the interaction incredibly rude and hostile for a simple enquiry. Would not recommend visiting this chemist

As mentioned, the aisles here are narrow & shelving is overcrowded, & and yes, there are long waits for prescriptions. BUT most staff members are good. There are a couple of ladies who work at the checkout who are always polite, caring, & bubbly.

This shop is really rude for the customer and even security make discrimination for the Asia face, I personally face this problem and even in my Cumunity people’s also face same problems from this shop. All the Asiana face customer are making thief from this shop security
Checking only asian customers bags and even if you ask why you are checking only me than the security ans is get out from shop that’s what you will get

I don’t understand why having 4 staffs, 3 clients have to wait over 15 minutes to get a prescribed medication. It’s always like that. Could someone explain to me please?

I’ve come here a couple times and the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. I bought a discounted priced perfume for my son's graduation present on Boxing day. There were broad range of discounted good brand perfumes that really hard to choose from. Responsively, the staff came over to me to suggest ones within my price range.

Worst store ever seen in life. Zero knowledge of customer service. Staffs often get angry with customers. One Chinese boy threatened me to wait for half hour for few tablets. Will never go and suggest others not to go!

Just tried 3 times to call the store to make a general enquiry. I listened to the recorded message and made my selection, and each time, the line simply drops out after about 10 seconds.

You can’t beat their prices, especially for scripts. Sure, you’ll need to wait for your script because everyone wants to save money… do some other shopping and come back. I’m sure they’ll move to a larger premises when one’s available. If don’t like to wait, take your script to the chemist next to the doctor (there’s always one), but be prepared to pay up to two, three times more.

Always provides value for money. Knowledgeable staff, and wide range of products are always available.

Apart from the lovely guy at the prescription desk, this shop offer the worst shopping experience ever! The store is messy, staff going up and down around the store pushing customers and prescriptions are taking more than 30mins to be taken. Avoid if you can.

I am done with this place. I have been patient for over a year now. Up to 50 mns wait to get 1 box of meds, each month. On average 25-35 mns, even when there is noone else. The best way to get a fast service is by turning up 5 mns before closing time. Suddenly neurons seem to waken up a little. To remediate I asked my GP to allow taking 2 or more boxes in one visit, but still, they say I can't, even before reading the script properly (where the GP ticks the box to allow for multiple boxes), and even still, they question you, want to know why.and end up giving you one box anyway (sigh). So, I end up waiting another 10 or 15 minutes to get my second box. Went to another Chemist warehouse recently, a staff member used to work here, he told me how flawed this place actually was.

The worst Chemist warehouse in Australia I’ve ever visited. Rude and incompetent staff that take hours to fill in your prescriptions - doesn’t seem like the upper management care at all, either. This place needs a total reset of your employees, hire those that actually care about your customers, and don’t behave like they’ve been forced to work here.

If you want to be treated like a thief come here. The security guy is just following you about everywhere you go making you feel uncomfortable even if you're just coming to buy cotton. It's not the first time it happened there. Not happy with the services.

The worst chemist EVER - they lack ethical standards and tried to get me to pay for two boxes of medication while only supplying me with one -Im going to the Healthcare Complaints Commission over this one and will also make a complaint to pharmacy guild!

Just myself in a store and wait time is still half an hour!? Chemist warehouse needs better customerservice training for the staff.

Absolutely don’t get your prescriptions here! The wait is off the charts and they have no respect for your time. I called ahead to check if they had a particular medication and they said yes, they’d put it aside for me. Yet despite this I still had to wait 25 minutes to be handed it. Unacceptable. Other chemists serve customers in a timely manner and treat you with respect. I will never ever go here again.

Waited one hour outside to get the prescribed med. Now they told to me comeback tomorrow.such a waste of time.

Extremely rude pharmacists VAN NGUYN. Couldn't be bothered to answer our question. It's the opposite of a genuine transaction & giving false return policy this lady pharmacist was actually rushing me out in a rude manner when I asked her question. She is even challenging us to go to head office.
