Chemist Warehouse Chatswood Mall

There are two Chemistware house shops in chatswood near interchange outside the train station. It starts to provide the digital copy of the receipt and send by SMS is very convenient and handy. They recently changed the paper package from normal paper to foil paper.

OMG I can’t believe the lady as security at the door just touched and opened my backpack with her hand! I am so going to lodge a complain to the headquarters.

Well you don’t need to treat everyone like thief?

And you are standing at the door, can’t you already see that I’ve paid for what I grabbed from the store, and then put the stuff in my backpack and hold the receipt on my hand? Do you have eyes?

There was a young Asian staff member on register yesterday Thursday night looks like a casual staff and I've never seen such rude service before. She literally just chucks her change on the table.no manners. You should hand the change directly to customer and at least look happy and smile. This really irritated me as the morning staff are so lovely.

No option to give 0 star, otherwise would have given it with ZERO. Return policy is not printed on the receipt, it only says 'refer in store". It is only on a small badly printed snippet on their counter. No exchanges neither. Disgusting. The 7 days return policy is basically Un-Australian.

Security guard treats you like a thief. Entered right before security guards eye, immediately turned around as there was too many people, didn't even go through the isles, and yet demanded to check bags with an unpleasant tone. Terrible way to treat customers. Thank you for making me feel like a criminal as a customer. Won't go back as a frequent customer.

These guys have really looked after me. A wonderful bunch of humans work here. Excellent communication, understanding and they go the extra mile for their customers. I happily travel a distance into Chatswood to make this specific one my regular chemist.

I went to fill a prescrition and the staff was soooo rude and impatient. Very bad management, won't go again. Please avoid this one!

Horrible staff members and customer service experience.

I’ve bought perfume from this shop, but realized that it’s for female.
I’ve asked staff member if I can refund it back and get a new one for male.
Although, the perfume has never been used before (still boxed and sealed, never been opened.) the lady at counter won’t allow me to change it. (In very aggressive maner.)

Think twice before going to buy something from this shop. I’ll never gonna buy something.

I would have given zero stars if possible. Absolutely disgusting and rude comment passed on me when I went to get my prescription drug. I was told that the pharmacist is being generous by dispensing an important medication I was in the waiting list for. It’s your duty to provide people with their prescription meds not your generosity! Absolutely arrogant and shocking attitude… trying to prove me a liar in front of my daughter. I was only in the wrong store and mistook this store for the store across the road from where I had got a call to pick my medication.

I will never visit this store again. Insensitive and inking people shame on you! Better learn to treat your customers with empathy and compassion as it does not cost you any $$$. Learn some good manners from the store on the opposite side on Victoria Avenue.

I think the people that go here are really absurd and demanding. I'm not even from around this area and the Chemist Warehouse here is the best customer service I've ever received. Yesterday was my first time trying a certain medication and the two lovely pharmacists yesterday (I think Korean and Philippino) ladies were really professional, polite and super friendly to deal with. I also visited again today and another lovely guy helped me find the product I was looking for. Normally visiting Chemist Warehouse gives me anxiety because literally no one helps properly and they are all so busy - but these guys deserve an above for their exceptional customer service yesterday and today. Can't thank them enough.

Terrible customer service, purchased the wrong charger on advice of one of the staff and wasn't allowed to open the box to check it. Brought it back the next day to exchange for another one and the manager would not hear of it. Box was not damaged, everything was perfectly in order but they had no interest in helping their customer. How difficult is it. Never again and looks like all their reviews are appalling so I should have reviewed them before visiting.

Traumatic experience. Staff refused to social distance from me after being asked to follow the heath orders and stand 1.5 meters away. One brushed against me on purpose the other stood non responsive to my request with a piercing look. After raising the issue with the staff member at the checkout and walking out the staff member that woudn't distance stood behind me and started imitating a very loud coughing sound.
Very disturbing and will never return to the store.

Decent? If you know what you need, you can be in and out, but the aisles, like every CW, are tiny and cramped. The pharmacy staff are also a little dismissive, but its decent if you just want your meds.

They didn’t have what I needed, so I walked to the Chemist Warehouse on the opposite side of the street and got my vitamins there

The Security Guard in the new Chemist Warehouse in Chatswood Chase Mall was absolutely rude this morning. I had just arrived at Chatswood and wanted to go to Chemist Warehouse to get a Netipot, before I stepped in the Security Guard pointed to the hand sanitiser and I took some. I stepped through the security beepy pole things and beeped. I didn't have anything on me at all, he asked to check my bag, I let him. He asked what I had in there, I told him my uniform and usual things. He continued to ask me what was in my bag, I told him I had nothing odd in there. I offered to give him my bag so he could look himself and he declined yet continued to give me the dirtiest look and to tell me what I had in my bag. We stood there for 10 seconds having a stare down until i asked "Am I allowed in? " he gestured to let me in.

The Chemist was really lovely who helped me out, but as I walked out the Security guard was giving me a dirty look again and I asked if he wanted to look at my bag again. He did so and I took things out this time to show that I didn't have anything. He asked "what did you have in your bag? " I said "Nothing. " Then he just gestured for me to go.

There have been other security guards who were really lovely, never have I felt so discriminated and for what reason? Because I beeped yet he declined to take a look through my bag after continuously and unnecessarily questioning me?

I understand that we are all on edge, I myself am already having to deal with anxiety attacks, this isn't something I ever expected at a time like this, I lost complete respect for this store that I usually would've been more than happy to shop in.

Hello everyone, please be careful buying items from this particular store. The chemist warehouse franchise has clear return policy guidelines, which are fairly consumer friendly, but the manager at this particular store (Mr Likai Huang) won’t honour it. He is a nasty man.

Worth customer service between all the Chemistwarehouse that I have ever been.the Asian girl with glasses behind the counter and another Asian girl with pony hair they were so rude, I just asked where is the mask she gave me a nasty look and when I thanked her for showing me the mask, she looked at me and walked away. Dude I am working in retail too and I have never seen rudeness like this without any reason. If you do not wanna walk at all just dont work then.

Very surprised to see so many negative views here, but I guess everyone has different experiences. For me personally, I have been shopping here for years and have always found the staff to be incredibly helpful (one even went through the computer records to locate a two year-old receipt for me!) The pharmacists are also very friendly and really helpful and go through the details of medicines really well and discuss any concerns I have thoroughly.

The store itself is tiny, which can be frustrating on a busy day, but the staff do well to work around this and to help out customers. Overall, very happy with this store.
