I called today to check out medicine stock, I was told in stock. I come all the way to this branch due to tomorrow medical appointment, I need this injection, I arrived 05: 58pm, light in the shop is off.

I Have to reschedule my medical appointment until after Xmas

Really unacceptable! Won't suggest for ever!

My daughter fainted while in the pharmacy this afternoon. The pharmacist was so caring, helping her into a recliner chair, getting her water and checking on her every few minutes. I am so sorry I forgot to ask her name, but she and her team were brilliant. Thank you so much!

I bought a cough medicine and asked for a small bag. The indian lady at the counter refused to give me a bag and asked me to pay 15 cents. That was pethetic tbh because I buy lots of things from chemist Warehouse all the time and that doesn't mean that my bill has to be 100$ to give me a bag.

I think I might switch to different pharmacy

My dad was there buying medicine this afternoon but the Chinese female pharmacist was really rude when talking with someone is old and don’t speak English. Really disappointing with this Chinese female pharmacist even other staff n cashier rbeing polite to customers.

This is first time I gave one star at review. Really bad service from a Chinese short hair middle age lady. Topic example of Reverse cycle Discrimination. Very rude and impatient to Asian customers. Hope management be aware to this situation.

Really disappointing when asking a certain young female staff member for assistance locating a product only to be told to ask the pharmacist, which would have required waiting in a queue. She then ignored my request to look up the item. Either lazy, or just no idea what customer service actually entails.
Asking a different staff member resulted in a completely different outcome - he actually offered to look up the item on the computer.
Thank you Dinesh for your excellent service. I’d suggest you offer your female colleague some tips as to how to do her job.

Everybody be careful of the security there. They regard everyone is a theft. No exclusion! Especially mommy with a kid in a pram. The security will think you are a potential theft!

I had such a bad experience with the security today around 12pm. I went there for the prescription medicine for my two years old daughter. My mom (74 yr), my daughter and I went there together. My daughter threw one of my purchase under the pram. We did not realize that until we paid our bill and were stepping out of the store. The security stopped my mom with my girl in the pram.

When he pointed at the thing, I realized we missed paying one more thing. I apologized immediately and went back to the line to pay next second. He was starring at every movement I did in the whole time. When I finished the paying, he went to the cashier and said to the cashier lady -
- print a receipt copy. I caught one! '
- excuse me, what do you mean you caught one? ' I asked.
- I caught you, that is my job.
- No, you did not caught me.you remind me. That is why I went back to pay immediately. I am not a theft.not my mom and not my 2 yr old girl!
- that is my job.you can go now!

The whole attitude is soooo unacceptable! Arrogant, rude and not professional! His attitude is YOU ARE the Thieves. You are using the baby as a shield to do the shop lift! I caught you. I will show my medal to my manager!

I went to the back of the store and wish to talk to the manager. Unfortunately, the manager is not on-duty today. Monday morning, can you believe it? Haha!

Two young pharmacists listened to my complain and said because there are many mommy with the prams doing the shop lift. They kept emphasizing i did not pay in the first place. I told them Yes, I did not pay in the beginning. But I paid immediately when i realized there is a mistake. He could not regard me as a theft. His attitude is not acceptable! And also, not because I am walking in with a pram, he prejudged me as a theft!

As a resident living in Chatswood, I go to this CW all the time for my medicine. You just lose one of your customers! And the security guy owes me a big APOLOGIZE!

The staff are generally difficult to find, and if found, are generally unhelpful. I was standing next to an older lady who asked a staff member for a denture cleaning solution. The staff member couldn't understand her even though she was speaking English, and after she repeated herself, the staff member said he had no such product. It took me just under 10 secs to find the denture cleaning solution and I passed it onto the lady. Pharmacies are meant to be a place of healthcare, where the weak and vulnerable are helped. This was definitely not the experience expected from them

The lady who served me at the prescription counter ERICA was so rude for absolutely no reason. She was rude to the customer in front of me also. She needs to go. Absolutely not acceptable behavior and manner as an employee serving customers. Disgusted at her rudeness. Will not go back here.

Terrible and rude customer service from the snr front cashier women to the snr pharmacist just to exchange a single item worth less than $20 purchased and receipted on the SAME day! The under trained & pathetic staff members was examining the item to be exchanged like it was rare 20 carat blue diamond ring! This is Australia with consumer laws not a 3rd world country!

The pharmacist who just served me was so incredibly rude, I left the shop in tears.
I realise that they may be under pressure due to the pandemic, but the shop assistant had told me to speak to the pharmacist. I was doing as I had been asked.
I was asking a question about obtaining a receipt for a purchase relating to a condition that I have just been diagnosed with, and is quite overwhelming. I would hope that other customers do not receive such horrible customer service.

There are a number of Chemist Warehouse pharmacies in Chatswood. In my experience, this one is the best.
All staff in general are polite, helpful, friendly and caring and would answer your queries. I also had my Covid vaccination there, excellent.
The pharmacists are knowledgeable, accurate and would provide good advice and assistance and show care. The only thing, there are long queues sometimes, probably because the pharmacy is so popular.
Excellent service and good stock. They deserve much more than the current 3 overall rating (as of Dec. 2021). Thank you to all and keep up the good work.

Staff made up own rule. Don’t buy from them

I tried to return a product. The staff said I should have done it within 4 days. What? The website said free return within 7 days. Forget it. I reported to credit card center. Place run by a bunch of Thai pp don’t even understand English.

I would like to lodge a complaint against your security guard whose name is Michael. The complaint is about Mr Michael’s failure on his job as a security guard as well as his attitude & tucking away his security ID when we asked for it. We’ve met Mr Michael on 9: 00am, 9th Oct21 at 1/387 Victoria Ave, Chatswood NSW 2067 (Chemist Warehouse Chatswood)

The complain comprise of two items:
1. Mr Michael was playing with his cell phone on his duty time and completely ignored us when we walked into the shop – as a security guard he should check in customers scanning QR code which is what we were looking for some help.
2. Mr Michael had hided his security ID into his uniform when we asked for it, which has breached Security Industry Regulation 2016.

Details about what is happened: On the day we were looking for some help about scanning the shop’s QR code, which doesn’t work at the time. Mr Michael was standing in the front door as a security guard so that we approached him. There were no other people there and Mr Michael was playing with his cell phone, so he did not notice us until we stand there sometime before asking for his help. He seemed a bit annoyed when we interrupted his cell phone time and began yelling to us about keeping social distance when we tried to show him my mobile interface about QR code. I had asked if he has encountered any other clients who has the same QR scan problem but got no reply except yelling and unprofessional body language from Mr Michael. To avoid any hassle we were going to walking away before I said to him “you don’t have to yell to us like this”-which seemed irritate Mr Michael so that he’s raised his voice in a terrible manner towards me and my wife. His attitude was so unprofessional that makes me question about his identity so that I asked for his ID card that was on his neck. Mr Michael tucked away his ID card right after that and told me he is not going to show me his ID nor tell me whom his manager is – note Mr Michael’s behaviour has breached Security Industry Regulation 2016 and I cannot image a so-called security guard not showing their ID for any professional reasons.

I am looking forward to a fair response as I presume NPS is an important metric for Chemist Warehouse, although I now find myself in a position where I am unable to recommend your services to potential future client

Super rules customer service ever…order 5 items online from chemist warehouse when delivery was only 3 item…gave the store a call pick up by lady name Angela…she saying she packed 5 item in store n send to me…I told her I only got 3 item and can u check with the delivery company she say no…u can call urself…I already report this problem to the head office and when I ask what’s her name she weren’t willing to give until I say I will go to store if I cant get ur name…if u order online make sure u don’t order from this store totally worst customer service ever!
