Like all stores I found it overwhelming with isles that are overloaded and very close together

I didn't find staff helpful

I’m a regular customer at this chemist but after they Disrespected and accused me of stealing I will never enter that store again!

I Went to check out to buy items but didn’t add an item that I was holding which didn’t belong to them. The Indian lady insisted on scanning the item and accused me of stealing. I clearly told her it doesn’t belong to them.

Despite this accusation, I Bought my items which I needed and it costs me $62. If I was intending to steal I wouldn’t even hold my item in my hand near the check out or even pay for anything! Disgusting people!

People who work here should enjoy what they do.i I dont know how take a specific prescription. Even though I was already taking it, I was checking to make sure I was doing it correctly. The staff (2 ladies) were staring at me, making me feel foolish.and uttering "huhs? ! " four times and giving me looks.

I suggest this shop to hire people who love what they’re doing and not hesitant to help. Also.smile its free.

Terrible experience with the female Asian Pharmacist in charge (I believe her name was Jessica). Power tripping by refusing to give me a product which is held behind the counter but does not require a prescription (even though my doctor recommended this product). Went two doors down to the other pharmacy and got exactly what I asked for. I will never shop there again

My mother left a parcel there that the staff member forgot to give her.she rang up and they said parcel left here for her to pick up.in the bag was a hand written note about her been (fat). That's not very nice.you should no how to treat customers.very uneducated.and it wasn't her fault at all for leaving shopping behind.very disappointed customer service

Giving it 3 stars because there isnot enough staff to help you and the ones that were there, Werent friendly or helpful at all.

Horrible experience with a pharmacist here. He refused to give much-needed medication on the basis that the prescription was ten days late. He gave no solid reasoning other than some arbitrary & rubbish conclusion about it being “a rule”. Nor did he even apologise or show an ounce of compassion for causing such obvious distress to a customer with serious underlying health issues who needs this medication. We have never had this issue with other pharmacists/pharmacies who exercise compassion & their own discretion when issues like this arise. I am utterly appalled by the lack of decency, common sense and compassion shown by this particular staff member. We have been going to this pharmacy for years but after this experience I will never return. I understand there are rules but it’s not difficult to exercise some discretion and compassion especially when it’s commonplace amongst other pharmacies to do so. Do better for your customers because this was a genuinely appalling and distressful situation.

The woman security guard is unprofessional. Following me up to the counter standing beside me. She needs to more respectful. Rude experience.

I usually don’t shop at Chemist Warehouse for my prescriptions, however I was in the area and needed to fill a script. I was served by a lovely pharmacist named Victoria who counselled me on my medication with extensive knowledgeable and gave me such great advice. I was skeptical at first, but she definitely changed my opinion on Chemist Warehouse! Big thank you ️

Wrong timing advertised. Says closes at 10pm on sat but was closed when I visited at 9: 30pm. Please update the business hours accordingly.

A big thank you to the pharmacist Frank who went above and beyond to help me today as I required antivirals and some other medications to be delivered. Frank even rang back to check that I received my antivirals. Very patient, very knowledgeable and professional.
Highly recommended.

I was the first customer for a simple request, yet they made me wait 20 minutes with no explanation while they chatted on phone. In the end, they didn’t even fulfil the prescription properly.
The pharmacist, Victoria, displayed absolutely disgusting customer service. Shame on you.
I strongly advise customers to go to any other chemist warehouse nearby for prompt customer service.

Large shop with several isles. Has beauty care, washing liquids, prescription access down the back of the shop, family and children's needs, weight management, competitive prices, pantry foods, babies essentials, tooth paste, brushes, kitchen and bathroom needs, disinfectants for cleaning. Merchandise for pain such as magnetic and wraps for injuries, ice packs and much more.

Website and piece of paper on the main entrante says it's open UNTIL 10PM. It is 8.42pm and the security guard just yell at me saying IT'S NOT OPEN ANYMORE! Please be accurate on the information Chemist Warehouse post.

Rude and annoying security guard he checked my bag and check the receipt because I was roaming around the shop cause I could not find things so annoying don’t wanna shop here anymore very disappointed

Sold expired medicine for my child, negligence and not responsible for our community, one of the worse chemist in campsie.

Rude security guard, yelled out when I already walked out the door, well, you could just stand in front of the door instead of yelling inside and I had to come back in, then seriously looked around my bag, nothing you could find, right? Catch the real thief instead of being rude for the innocent one! AND, learn some manner and stand where you should be!

This chemist sells already expired products. I showed them to the pharmacist but she denied it and told me they were batch dates not expired dates. Then I asked her to find the expired dates or best before dates on the products for me but she couldn’t because there were only 1 date code on each product which is it’s expired date.

But instead of taking the safety for the health of clients she still insisted that the products have no expired dates (hahaha really?). I asked her so the products could last forever? She told me to call up the company to check with them myself. Very helpful, isn’t she?

The products were ointments to use for baby so I’m pretty sure they can not last forever and have no expired dates.

The matter happened at 5: 30pm on 03/10/2021.
