Chemist Warehouse Burwood

Difficult and a long wait to be serviced even though it wasn't very busy when I visited. Was told they would give me a digital receipt but I didn't one.

Has a variety of products at competitive prices if any items not there the staff will try and order it in and advise you as well recommend

You know who needs to stop working the registers/tills? Christine does. Literally every time I visit she is so slow, doesn't know what's going on, asks mind numbing questions further slowing her down, has to be prompted multiple times on things like payment method and she still keys in the wrong one. I actively avoid going to this CWH because of her specifically.

the pharmacist (lady) who was working on 30 Jun, 2023.
She provided poor service and doesn't advised prescription and her face also bad emotional. I not recommend this shop.

Unfriendliness from the staff, no help or consideration.

Ridiculous policy on purchasing one panadol for children per customer, given i work in a child care with over 100 kids per week. No exception made or consideration given. You have to listen to people and try to make exceptions when needed, and offer help, and be friendly.

I was in Melbourne last week and they had no restrictions on panadol.

Rude staff! Especially the lady looks Indian. I was looking at the Lashes at the back of your aisle and She walk behind me and didn’t even say Excuse me at all as she walk to the door next to it. She think she own the store. Very rude! She then come out did the same and look at me head to toe as if I’m going to steal or something!
The front cashier people are just gossiping too! Pls fix your staff and do some more customer service training! Worst service!
Please teach your staff a good manner!

I went to this shop this afternoon and I was the second waiting to be serviced customer. When I saw "click and pick" sign on the next counter, so that I moved to the sign front. I found that no one talked to me, when I was waiting there. I asked a cashier lady who is fat and especially fat face and looks like Philippines, "how long could I wait to be served". She told me I had to waiting. Until no more customers were on front counter. I asked the lady the reason I had to be the last.she changed her story that I had to wait the other side to do "click and pick". I asked why she put click and pick sign on another counter, if it's not working that way, she had to notice customer. She was kidding and discriminating customer.

I was not having the best day and needed some helping finding products on a Friday. One of your workers greeted me so kindly I believe his name was Paul. He was so patient with me and made my day, definitely coming back!

Under staffed and I’ll prepared. Not enough people here to provide adequate and timely service.

On Sep 4 in the afternoon I went in to buy some products for my dad, who had just come out of hospital. No one could help me or knew anything about elderly people products required, not even the pharmacist, and the lady behind the counter laughed at me when I told her what I needed for my elderly dad. I was humiliated and cried and left.

Disgraceful obvious racism by both the security guard and assistants to my friend who was in the store. After purchasing purfume (while shadowed by multiple employees and security) the security, who had been glued to her the entire visit, did a bag check and manhandled all her belongings! That is NOT a bag check. I am completely disgusted.

Honestly the worst place in Burwood if not Sydney costumer service -0 honestly they speak to you like you're scab or they make you feel like they paying for your medication.
That's not the crazy part the crazy part is I do really feel treated like I'm not welcome there every time I'm there I feel that way they make me wait really wait long time while others came way after me getting fixed maybe cause I don't have the same appearance I don't know but really I did feel that I'm not welcome so today it's going to be my last day at chemist warehouse Burwood.

All your chemist needs over here. Kind staff, fast pharmacists. Annoying downside is when they coerce you to donate extra money to charities, although they have posters stuck all around the cashier area.

Not happy! Today waited a good 15 minutes after I handed in my script.
Then a man comes along and makes a lot of noise and fuss handing in his script.
And the Pharmacist fills his script straight away
and before me.
Not right.
What sort of service is this?
Business Owner needs to address this with the Pharmacist

Never get your prescriptions here… takes 30 mins each time. I get it’s busy from covid but I came once and no one was here and still took the same amount of time.

You will always find a good bargain at chemist warehouse but not all their discounts are real don't be fooled by the 1/2 price discount.

Nothing lifts my consumer spirits any more than being treated like a thief. You see, when you purchase any item over the counter at Chemist Warehouse (non prescription included) they put it in a sealed plastic container for the ten meter journey to the cash register. Upon enquiry, I have received the ludicrous explanation the box is there to protect my privacy (the box is see through though). Some staff actually owned up to that it is an anti theft device that even require a special mechanical at the cash register to open. I absolutely acknowledge that some people choose to steal and stores have the right to protect themselves. However, if the electronic gate and the additional security guard at front is not enough, and further security can only be assured by assuming that EVERYONE steals, then this is a store I don't want to support with my business.

The worst staff and customer service ever. This store beats all other chemist warehouse in Sydney i have been to. Rude and unhelpful

The pharmacist are very un professional and crude. Need to work on their communication skills and customer service skills.

Yes, I’m old & crusty. But I get sick to death of being followed around by staff members who seem to think i’m a potential thief. One staff member even loudly hit his fist into his hand one time, as if to threaten me. Don’t judge a book by its cover! You have no idea how much money I spend at Chemist Warehouse. Forget about your class/caste bigotry. It means nothing here.
