64 The female pharmacist is the rudest person I've ever dealt with over the phone.
When I asked to speak with the manager she told me they weren't in, wouldn't give me her name or the managers name and hung up on me.
Went in there to check out and purchase some fragrance and thank God I had Amber that day! She was such an excellent help, and has amazing attention to detail whilst being so friendly! I have been there numerous times and not received that service at all. Myer-Quality service w/out the price tag! Thank you
I had the best experience at chemist warehouse Bankstown, finally found a real teamwork from the workers over there, especially a lady named Iman from the cosmetics department, she helped find everything I need. She was very patient with me; I am travelling overseas and needed to get so many perfumes and presents. Iman’s help made my day and took that stress away from me, so I cannot thank her enough.

I went to go try out testers for cosmetic products today. 1. Please tell me why the queue to pay is in this isle. So not only are you being judged by a brand’s lack of shade range but also onlookers.
2. Most of the samples were either empty and replaced by a sealed product, covered in the product on the outside or sitting there for so long that the layers inside the products have separated and have weird odours/ colours.
3. The store also has no tissues/wipes for testers. Please provide these services for better customer experience.
Although I was surprised that there was a lot of stock available on the shelves.
The staff is rude, they make their own policy that does not follow to the policy showed on the CW website. Never come back.
The staff work in the counter today is so terrible. She rush me a lot, and very rude to give me the receipt.
I’ve been to chemist warehouse numerous times however on the 30th June at 7: 30pm I was dealt with by the rudest staff working the counter! I was disrespected by them and I suffer from mental health which was also mocked by these children.
This chemist warehouse is bigger than the other chemist's wareshouse. Love going there as they have a lot of product medicine and perfume for all kinds of generation's.
Staff are friendly, try to help all the time always active. And it is in central of city bankstown.
If you don't provide them your phone number, don't expect them to give you receipt for the items you've purchased in this store. Even though they have been told that your phone is a private number, they still insist on an excuse that without your phone number, they can't print a receipt for you! A well-managed business, if there is a problem with the printer that cannot print, must fix it or set its own default code to print invoices for customers. In addition, the customer has the right to refuse this option to provide his or her own phone number, the staff must still respect the customer's request and print the invoice for them. We come to buy what we pay for, we must have what we need. Not begging for anything, but looking back, we received the rude service from some of the staff working in this store when we asked for their help. I would rather go to other stores because they are much much more polite and good services. Also, the prices are good as well.

he even didn’t let me finish and not not even look at me… he just said “ English only “ with a disdainful face. I just feel like what the…. Do you even understand what are you just saying? I left with upset but hope just because some how he was tired with busy day.
Came back today again around 5: 30 pm and wow.wonderful I found a lady even worst than him. She make me feel like I was begging her for free products, she even doesn’t want to answer, not even one glance at her customer.
I wonder how much you guys paid for staffs and how you guys training them?

I went yesterday to your store to buy medicine for my children, dymadon for kids. I have three children, and one of them does not take this type of medicine unless it is on the strawberry flavor. On the pretext that it is not allowed to take two boxes of this medicine, so I explained to him the reason for taking two boxes, and he did not respond to me. This way of treating customers is not appropriate for me, a pharmacy that has its name in Australia, and the way to implement laws should not be that harsh. I understand that there is pressure on you, but be human, I did not I am asking for the impossible, and I do not need to enter into a dispute in order for you to give me. I am speaking now in order to work on changing the treatment of customers.
One of the worse stores I have ever been to, customer service does not exist. Purchased an item wanted to get it replaced was late by one day because of holiday season. They did not return and wasted my one hour as the manager took forever to attend.
I would recommend other strictly save yourself time and money. Avoid this place.
On 23/12/2022 (at about 1: 10pm to 1: 20pm), I went to the Chemist Warehouse store located at 26-28 Bankstown Plaza, Bankstown, NSW to collect the online click and collect parcel. The shop assistant (a lady at about 60 to 70 years old) checked the collection number and text message. Then she informed me the order was an online order and this store did not do any online collection. However, behind her, there were a very good number of 'click and collect' parcels. I had informed her that I was very confident that the parcel should be collected here and she still refused to check it with a very rude attitude. Then I told her to ask her colleague to solve the issue but she refused to do so and asked me to go home. I was complaining 'This is unbelievable that something like this could occur' and immediately the security came to threaten me and tried to expel me from the store. During the time, I didn't do anything but discussing this issue with the shop assistant. I didn't see any reason that the security could come to threaten or expel me from the store. Meanwhile, a guy (like the store manager) came and stopped what the security was doing and apologised to me. Then he rechecked the order number and found the parcel inside the store right behind the shop assistant. However, before I left the store, the shop assistant and the security did not apologise or even showed any sign that they were sorry for the issue.
Worst experience ever in Chemist Warehouse. I went to a cashier and asked if that product is available in the stock she said yes they still have one and she told I need to tell other staff to grab it for me as she can’t leave the cashier area. Then I approached another staff and asked she just looked and said NO straight away with a rude attitude without checking then I said I asked cashier to check and she said they have 1 left. She rudely said the system is wrong Idk what’s happening with this chemist.
Contrary to popular belief, they do not sell steroid or any anabolic enhancers here.

Only issue about coming here is that it's a busy area with busy parking. I wish they had the chemist in the centre.
Unhelpful, indifferent to my need to get my prescription filled. Offered no solution to try and help.

I don't recommend any one to deal with the two Asian pharmacists or to ask for advice
i went this evening at 8 pm.there were two Asian pharmacists i asked them for a help to explain the differences between my two medications and about the side effects they start asking each other and didn't answer what i need, i think they don't know and they aren't professional,
As well both of them not friendly at all when they talk to the customers, when i thanked them They didn't reply, thats so rude.
It happend with another customer i saw how they deal with him, they did the same asked each other and then they didn't give him the information that he asked about, they ignored him after a while.
How rude and unprofessional they are.day time there is better pharmacists.
No more to go this branch evening time at 8 pm.

Very very rude staff. After long wait, I asked the staff (Jason) about how long to get my perspection, he and the store manager Christine started shouting that there too many persections in a very rude way. When I asked them about the manager's contact details Jason started to shout and made so much offending and aggressive verbal abuse, and he asked me to leave the shop in a very rude way! He continued to the verbal abuse in front of all customers! Is that how the shop owner and franschise their staff to serve the customers!
Rude staff. I approached a team member on the floor to ask a question and she did not acknowledge my presence. Rather, she ignored me for several seconds, then proceeded to look at me with no facial expression and waited for me to speak to her. The pharmacist came across as stand-offish. No greeting or smile whatsoever and barely any communication whilst I dropped off my script and collected my medication. Overall, the staff clearly do not want to be there.
