Do not go here if you want scripts filled! The male pharmacist ‘Lindsey Rutter’ (or something close to this) was so incredibly rude to us. We had an issue with eye drop medication not being stored properly and we went to the pharmacy to just ask what our options are and if they can be refilled. But Lindsey was so incredibly rude - saying ‘it’s not my problem’ and ‘what do you want me to do about it’ when we were just asking what we can do and then turned away from us and starting talking to another staff member in the middle of this conversation. So incredible patronising and arrogant - people like him should not be health care!

The rest of the the staff were really great and helpful so highly recommend if your just shopping but avoid the male pharmacist.

Please avoid this pharmacy by all means. They sold a kids medicine 35% above the market price and decline to price match or return while all this happening when I didn’t even leave the store.

I walked out a very satisfied customer. The 2 ladies ar the counter could not have been more helpful. Excellent customer service.

Sukin beauty products are toxic in my pexperience and have impacted me with pain for 6 months.imagine the lawlessness.

As a person needing medicine to live I was appalled by the way I was treated by the pharmacists who are supposed to be there to help people hence the one star review.

I have had a major surgery and don’t normally have a problem getting my tramadol with the male pharmacist. Only when the female is on. Tells me they can’t dispense. Every single time. No dramas with the older gentlemen the younger female tells me I should have plenty left. Which I do. But it’s a massive inconvenience to keep having to go to a different pharmacy when this girl is on.

Sadly it only takes one time to diminish a reputation of a once friendly helpful chemist. On Mother’s Day of all days my elderly 75 year old mother got Ganged up on by 2 rude aggressive staff members. A man and a woman with dark hair. Mum had made a Telehealth appointment with her doctor and asked for her usual scripts. As she was sick I her daughter offered to pick them up so I CHOSE this chemist but I unfortunately also got sick so was unable tp pick these up. Today Mother’s Day my mum went in and they don’t have her scripts! Was it the doctors fault? Their fault? Who knows! But the attitude and the aggression from these staff members to an ELDERLY woman was disgraceful! The man said “ why would you send scripts here? ” Yes how dare we give you business! Yes how dare we come to your chemist! That’s so wrong of us! No apologises just rude behaviour. Avoid!

Don'ta waste your time here. I waited here for 30 min. They didn't anything for me.

Tried ringing and dialling option 1 a few times to be hung up on continuesly, tried dialling option 2 a few times to be hung up on continuesly.finally got through to option 1 to ask for pricing of a child's vaccination that is not covered by Medicare.to be then told rudely by a women that " she wasn't the one to deal with dispensering items and that I would just have to wait until I could be put through to the pharmacist ". Then the phone was slammed onto the bench.
I waited over 10 minutes (while hearing background noise) and gave up as there was obviously no intention to put myself through to anyone.
Don't waste your time as I did.

Pharmacy assistant very rude
Came in for something that was pre-organized two weeks ago when I spoke to two different pharmacists who were very helpful.

When I arrived onsite I was told I can’t just come in for this and that and “ how do I know that they are willing to take me on for my needs” how rude

The person saying this was there the week before and heard me speaking to the pharmacist about the matter and has known me for years.

I was treated like a piece of dirty “ you can’t just come in and expect us to do this and that “ then said no fax had come from the GP when in fact the pharmacist had it in her hand but by this stage I left as she was completely taking over the conversation and did not allow me to speak at all to the pharmacist!

It used to be a good place to go. However my wife had very bad experience today. She had to let our son wait outside due to the concern of Covid when she waited for the pharmacist to get the medicine ready. There was only a couple of person in front of her. However after a few minutes she was still waiting. She then politely asked if she needs to wait longer as the son is still outside so she can wait outside. However the lady was very mad somehow and replied very rudely with "you can go to other place if you don't want to wait, we are very popular and have many customers". When my wife tried to explain that all she wanted to know is just if she need to be with our son if it's gonna take long, and you can't treat the customer like this. And she replied "whatever". Maybe she has been through a busy day, however that's not an excuse to treat customer like this. Will not go to the shop again!

If pharmacist/attendant apply some common sense and logic would be good. I asked for 2 top up and i was given 1 with a rude reply "we follow rules". Samiiii apply some brains sheila instead of being rude to me.i think u need cust service training and how to apply logic n common sense! They can see their own records that they have given double top up for same medicine!
Besides in Covid times instead of going every fortnight makes sense to give me 2 top up.
So make up your mind and dont make ur own rules on the go.what a waste of time these guys are.

My wife and I have been regular customers of Chemist Outlet for years now. The dispensary staff are second to none. Their knowledge and understanding is impeccable. They show true compassion and treat you as their number one customer. We have a disabled child and each member of staff in the whole pharmacy regularly ask about his welfare. Chemist Outlet have a real family atmosphere. We will always use Chemist Outlet for all our pharmaceutical needs.

Excellent staff. Always helpful. Good products and A+ advice. My regular place for years. Very nice!

Very busy pharmacy but once i went there were a lot of peeople but they did my prescription very quikly and explain everything clearly to me

My Aunt has been coming to this store for many years, and I am always impressed by the standard of customer service. I also like that despite being such a large Pharmacy that there is not a high staff turnover - the same wonderful ladies who have been there for many years such as Josie, Ursula and Sue Ellen as well as the kind staff at the prescription area. A few standouts that I must mention; Josie, who is always so warm hearted and sweet. Her product knowledge is so good and she always goes the extra mile to help us.
The other person is my Auntie's favourite person there, a young Pharmacist who would be about my age, Preo. He has been there for many years I believe he was a teenager when I remember meeting him first. He always so patient with her questions even when it is so busy there.
My only issue with this Pharmacy is that the prescription prices can be a bit steep at times but overall a really great place.

My family comes here all the time and we have always been impressed by the wonderful staff. Good prices and a great selection of products.

Ive been to this place tonight 10 minutes before shop close and she pushed me out and never let me to get in. I asked her my son got 39 fever and all pharmacies closed, she ignored me and said take him to the hospital.
I will complaints against her tomorrow. They can check the cctv footage.

By far the BEST pharmacy in the North-West. The girls in the dispensary are always so efficient. And every single staff member contributes to an enjoyable customer experience! I always get the medication and products I need at a good price
