5Had chem dry clean cat urine from a bed & also clean the upholstery on an armchair. Pocket is $280 lighter & the mattress still smells, & the arm chair has streaks on it. Communication was good, basically told me upfront to expect a poor result
Excellent results. My carpets look like new. I've used cheaper companies before with 'special' deals, but now I know to go with the best! Super friendly staff too.
We have a 1 yr old, a busy Mum who dropped a cup of coffee on a light carpet. Not a great combination. After getting the guys in, it looks brand new again. Took them less than 30 mins, the carpet was dry within 2 hours. Will definitely use them again.

Great professional and friendly service. Did an amazing job on awful blue ink stains trodden in to relatively new carpet. I didn't think they could be removed but there's not a mark left. Alex was so friendly and did a fantastic job. Will be recommending them to everyone I know.
